In this daily quest, you’ll assist the Forgetful Storyteller Spirit in finding their precious book. Once you’ve located it, return it to them to complete the quest. Just follow the 🔹 indicator in the area for guidance!

The Spirit appears blue, and I see "Revive" instead of the daily quest text!

This happens because you haven't relived the Forgetful Storyteller's memories for the first time yet. Once you do, the daily quest will be available. You can find the spirit's location here:

After completing the quest, you can alternatively claim the reward directly from the daily spirit instead of in the Home Shrine.

The zone is below the || "Treasure Reef" ||. To get there, you need to take the ship in the starting area of the Golden Wastelands and explore the whole map.
There is a "secret" area you can reach || diving down in the deepest area until you reach a new zone || and if memory serves me correctly, you will go there as part of the story of that map.

You could say this is an || ancient Krill thingy, like a giant underwater dragon fish of darkness ||

Hello! Yes, any umbrella, including the summer parasol, should protect you from the rain. As for protecting those nearby—such as a player leading while you have the umbrella—it depends on your positions. When holding hands, the protection can vary, especially during flight. (I can re-check this if you like.)

However, if you're being carried, like in a cradle or piggyback, the umbrella should now protect both players according to the recent patch.

Fair points of course, and I admit even I get worn out at times by the bugs and all. It can be healthy to take a step back and give yourself a break from things you enjoy, just so you don't get burned out. Too much of a good thing, as they say.

All I can really offer for advice is to look at the cosmetics and decide if you really care enough to put in the work for them. If you decide they're not worth it, then don't worry about it and give yourself a break.

That's what I usually do, and it's about the only way I can manage to give myself 'time off' from Sky.

LEAVE DAILY MISSIONS AT HOME (at least) ALONE!

From my current tests, they cause your game to be locked into server issues and thus stop you from gathering light overall, thus until your Candle Meter is grey, stay the Eden away from them!

Once my Candle Meter is grey, I´ll test the spirits and see if the same happens.

Restart your game and go into Aviary, to avoid the errors. You can find the Spirits at the tavern to get the Daily missions, and if you just skip Lookout you can get the other three without problems.

That is not true, accounts are not at risk, they are securely stored in Sky’s server.

The current server problems just cause the game to not load account details correctly (and this could look like if you had lost your progress, but it will return back to normal once the server stabilizes)

I was able to go to the zone and at least collect the remaining 3/4 of my season candle wax and the black shard wax. Accepting the daily tasks ruins my session data and the errors start so I'll try a candle run without daily tasks.

Did you try getting then at the Aviary Cafe? You can unlock the other tasks as long as you don't talk to the lookout scout, since it's just the one task that causes the errors.

If you don't finish collecting everything from the season pass it's just you can't get the ultimate gifts you didn't unlock and you will need to wait for the spirits return as ts to unlock your missing items. Also will be more expensive than while in the season

I was able to grab all my dailies and even complete that one just now without any issues. I don't promise anything since these issues have been wild but I think if you weren't online at reset/right after and you see all your realm portals open when you log in then it's probably fine? ^_^;

I have a possible fix. All you need to do is claim the quests right after you complete one and you might grab the quest without the servers having a seizure.

Knowing which controllers are compatible is leaning close to a word-of from other gamers at this point. I know Playstation controllers work coz i use them for other steam games before after reading they work from forums. Xbox controllers work because many other players mentioned it does for them.

It's simple honestly. If the light quest is giving you issues accept the other ones and do them. Then come back to old home and claim them along with claiming the quest at the same time

You mean unlock one quest, claim it and then do the same with each other daily?

I tried this, and I got server error'd after claiming and had to restart to claim again in aviary

It was old home the first time where i got the error when claiming, before I restarted and went to aviary to claim instead since claiming in home didn't work

I did something similar, both unlocked and claimed the three first ones at Aviary and then went to og home to unlock the light fragments one and finally stopped getting the server errors this way (also claimed it in og home).

That was after restarting several times too
