No, the piggyback one. I might be wrong but I couldn't interact with my friend when I had joined the race with them (unless there is a different mechanism on interacting with friends except on steam)

for me at least, a way it could’ve felt a bit better would have been if they re-randomized the teams at minimum after the first phase while resetting points (preferably more times) because then it would’ve had a longer term competition than the one time past races, but would’ve changed enough to maybe avoid the functionally rigged results we had

I absolutely love flying! Doing so in controller is amazing and I'm happy to say that race was my most consistent wins (as in, no need to redo over and over)

if you interacted before the timer started then it worked, but once the race was about to start you couldnt do friend interactions (besides pulling a candle out i think)

The torch was also usable in the collect events (cloud and void) to continuously recharge. Though I only tested once when I was alone in one with no competitor.

It was largely the same, there was no crawling / slowing down to worry about, the final stretch nowadays has like... a red spotlight going around where the rocks hit harder at. that wasnt there before!

i prefer not to, i have helped many moths who got stuck in eden and that's a good feeling- at most i do the Krill Pipe Skip (you can fly in that area right to the broken pipe)

one time i found someone stuck outside the pipe, between a krill, a wind wall and a red shard, had to friend them and use the hand hold to get them out of there

yeah the krill skip is a good thing to teach any moths because it makes it so much easier to handle

Yeah I don't regret not playing. I feel bad about not having items- but I don't feel bad about giving myself the time I needed. If I forced myself to play during that time, I probably would've quit entirely.

My biggest struggle is saving up hearts, a lot of Days events have really expensive items in the hearts department (I'm frothing at days of bloom hairstyles)
I've been constantly adding light buddies to help me earn hearts and it has been working so far, but it's still not a very quick process
