sometimes the days cross over dependent on time zones (i just laid it out how it was in the infograph)

there's nothing stating currently that the streams will be officially uploaded by tgc
they will be reshowing throughout the event (schedule pending) and after if you have the IAP cape.
aside form the live concert

people will probably upload them or have streams to watch them; but regarding this we do not know if tgc will take action to take anything permanently online (e.g youtube videos) down

Yup! It's scheduled differently from Day 1 and 2 (I'm assuming so people had the opportunity to see diff ones without sitting in the hall the entire time )
And yes, one of the recordings will be used to reshow the streams over the course of the event but we are unsure what the schedule for those reshowings is as of right now

I think I figured it out.

So when it comes to getting the wax it's quite random but every couple of minutes there will be a chime similar to what you would hear at something like Geyser which indicates when wax spawns.

Take this with a grain of salt since I'm still experimenting.

Wax will periodically appear on the dance floor and on the table in the back, where you can burn the cake slices. Both sources are capped meaning that they will stop giving wax at a certain amount. (you can just replace this for what you currently if you want.)
