I was googling all over trying to figure out where this dude bought it from. Would’ve been nice to know it was just a hack from the get go.

Instead of deleting, how about start a new room about known hacks so they can be identified ingame and then properly reported. I could’ve reported it on the spot had I been informed. What good is censorship?

@marsh yarrow Hi! The general rule of thumb is if you see something unusual in game, report it. If it is indeed a hack/exploit then great, TGC is made aware. If not, nothing will happen and everyone will carry on. We don't permit any discussion of hacks in the server to ensure we don't draw attention to hackers or inadvertently encourage others to try. Hacking shouldn’t be encouraged, but there’s enough oddities with special releases in certain countries and not others and so forth that hacks aren’t always acknowledged.

One would think it would be more effective having the community self police and be able to identify hacks. And the copy cats can then be reported en masse if needed. Hacking in games is nothing new and the community is aware hacks are out there anyway. But that’s just my irrelevant opinion. Have a good day.

Yes I got the Jellyfish memory and both times the child of light wasn’t there and it should have been. I did Eden to complete season of Revival. Yes I completed the shattering quests months ago.

The question is less whether you've completed Eden at all, and more if you've completed it recently. Winged Lights only refresh in world after completing or re-completing Eden. If you've done that shard memory at any point since the last time you ran Eden (and since you mention only that you did it for Season of Revival, this may have been a month ago or more), it won't show up until you run Eden again.

I get that. I did not collect the winged light in jellyfish memory since competing Eden. That’s why I expected it to be there.

It was there for four of the other memories. This was supposed to be 5th memory and 5th shard winged light.

If i were you, I'd go to Eden right now, then go to the current shard. There's a chance you did get the wl before and just forgot. Today's Red shard will stay for around 4 more hours, that way you can be certain you'll find the Jelly memory WL now

apparently there is a bug if you accidentally open a shared space, the crystal won't break & thus you won't see the interact prompt to go to the void

if you were affected by this and you need to get in there, you'll have to do the shard again

And I did the shard a second time but there wasn't a transporter neither at the end 😔

But maybe my session was kind of bugged because the first time other people were already going through the shards and I was immediately able to join them for the quest with the pieces of light.

And the second time I got there I was alone but I was able to start the lights' quest straight away.
But still, no transporter to the void at the end 🧐

Might be worth noting that if you're on Mobile/Switch/PS and someone in your server is on PC, the game might bug out and cause the Void of Shattering to not appear even after the PC player leaves. Not sure if that's what's happening here, but it's the only possibility I can think of atm

This is where the Farm Variation is at Ark, and it only appeared once during Shattering on the 20th August 2022 in 0.18.0 and 0.18.1, and since after that, it has not landed there for a VERY long time

But the plants drain energy and that's what causes loss of feathers

I want to know how this was found out. because I very clearly remember light flying out of me when I got krilled at the end of the tunnel, and there would be no point in the 9cd giving your wl back right afterwards if you didn't lose any from the attack

because yeah the krill attack is obviously scripted, but where was it stated / discovered that it ISN'T supposed to knock out any wl?

unless you mean that the wl you "lose" from the krill attack is a separate scripted event, and then the plants make you continue to lose them after the fact

in any case hopefully they update it to not be so harsh because I only actually lost one wl, but I know lots of people have lost way more

what i remember from my own experience in there, the krill blew your candle out when striking you, and i was fine afterwards to walk around a moment. the problem seemed to be from taking additional damage to my light bar by approaching the dark plants, which seemed to interact in a way that removed light rapidly

when you get the final cutscene when the deer appears, i believe it repositions you inside the dark plants, and those apply their damage to your light bar, and well you turn into a fountain.

I dropped one wl from the plants as well. I flew as fast i could to the end of the valley and the cutscene for the krill and deer to appear happens to pause at a dark plant and i was already out of wedges by then. Note that having an elder mask doesn't make a difference.

That last part is not true. You only end up in the plants if you continue to move while the cutscene plays, if you don't move you won't end up in them

I just retried and didn't drop any wl at all. As long as you stay away from the dark plants and give yourself time to recover after pass by some, you'll be fine. I accidentally deleted the video of the second krill attack but all i did was stand there when the cut scene started

It looks like you might have slid forward a little to close when the cut scene started because you were jumping and moving forward. Hopefully after they patch it, it won't matter anyway, since they are turning down the damage from plants.

im not sure what you mean, i had stopped before them - you can even see at :14 the spawn position changed to a spot on the right when the cutscene ended, and im not near that spot either

and I dont think any of that was anyone else's, i did it right on release when the servers were dying, and i wasn't merged into anyone else for a few minutes. i lost the amount of wings i was unable to pickup in there after the cutscene

I can clearly see you run-jumping up until the :04 mark, it's entirely possible you slid into the plants during the cutscene and then it repositioned you in front of the plants after it ended

Ok this is amazing— if you go to the Aurora w dragon head spell, you remain dragon head during concert until spell wears off.

Also, since during parts when you’re normal skid, you can see your skid sticking up out of the dragon head, that means that in other parts you are a jellyfish ir butterfly etc hidden inside a little tiny dragon head

The new seasonal questline is very interesting. It seems to be focusing around a call that repels dragons. Could the mask at the end of the chain give you the unique deer call that repels dragons? As much as the fest tech can be overwhelming, I really love the application on this event. Days of Fortune coincides with Lunar New Year celebration, and one of the most integral part in LNY celebration is togetherness so I just really love the crowd. Reminds me a bit of childhood celebrating the LNY together with big big family, setting fireworks off to the sky and watching lion dance
