I love it because it takes me back to my moth days. The concert was literally my first experience with the game. 0 wing lights, capeless and all, I went to the concert. It was beautiful.

People who've waited have reported that they keep getting sent to the night area even after the concert is over no matter what entrance they enter from, so waiting won't do you any good. Its unable to be grabbed.

This is currently a bug where if you enter the Ice Rink in front of the Temple in Valley you'll be thrust into the concert and unable to get the final candle cake that's supposed to be in the day version.

The one in august is for everyone, and some items will be coming back for purchase.

we can see the concert every day with wings but today there is a bug which takes everyone who joins the area into the concert (waiting too) and there is no way of escaping it

4 from the daily quests, 1 from lighting the 4 candle clusters in the area, and 1 if you have the pass at the home statue that you'd have to purchase IRL money for. Other than spending IRL money, the Dailies and the candle clusters is the only way to get more seasonal candles. (hearts are only useful if you have the Pass)

For me that eel is always kind of bugged and many of the trail wax doesn’t register so I've never spent much time following it but I will definitely try again now

But more than anything I’m shocked that they are so efficient on a Mac, to me it’s way faster on the mobile or iPad than the whole WASD and tab toggle

For me the trial oobs being patched really took out from my daily route, so I'm now starting from the beginning with trying to do (some of) them at least sometimes and get to know the shortcuts, will have to learn a lot

Same… I used to do the shortcut for air trial, it really saved time… now I‘m struggling with different shortcuts for it, but it‘s just not fast enough. The other trials are more easy, you can just jump on the walls there (except water)

If you keep moving backwards, you just go up and don’t follow the current, so you can control your movement a bit… this way I go up using the current, and then a bit forward is a current that‘ll push you up

I have done it twice now (I could not believe it myself) and both were by lighting from left to right, leaving the lowest right one to the end, so that when it yeets you, you're already "closer" to the right side and can toggle flight to get to the top ice (if I'm thinking of the same one as you are)

late, but iirc, devs mentioned final gifts don't necessarily have to be 'powerful'. they are 'final gifts' you unlock from the guide.
you can #live-feedback if you like, but this is not the first 'final gifts' just being 'basic stuff'

Ive noticed compared to before charging from props who's fire is a bit higher than you charges at somewhat the same speed as when you're directly on the fire. Which surprised me upon returning to the game after 4 seasons.

I used to prop my torch horizontally for maximum efficiency but now I don't have to anymore
