I only received 3 acs, despite not missing any light fragments. I did it with other sky kids, and it was quite fast. I didn't captured it but the activity meter did not show a full circle, so Im guessing that's why, but Im confused since I am sure we didn't missed any fragment

Hmmm…. I actually reckon there was a Switch Player in your instance, because I did it earlier and got all the fragments, but the meter wasn’t full, and Switch CAN have different Activity Fragment places

I noticed the meter doesn't fill up completely eventhough you didn't missed any fragments for quite a while now, but if you did get 3 ac then that should be it

If your ac meter is less than half you'll get 3ac, if your ac meter is half or more than half you'll get 4ac, either way it's 3.5 in the end

We don't know the costs of things from Travelling Spirits until the TS arrives as a traveller. Prices are not always the same as they were when the spirit first appeared. So you won't know until the spirits arrives.

Some of the quests which seem to need a friend can actually be done with a sapling guardian, or with grandma. For instance, grandma hugs count as friend hugs.

Yeah... Nothing like doing the Jellyfish Cove shard by myself! Not a single merge until after I finished it, lol.

I wish I did it alone as I did it without issues many times. A player kept loosing wls so I helped them but after recharging instead of going to the shrine to start collecting wls they stayed at the many crabs with their friend and kept deep calling - and lost light again. And they did it 3-4 times in a loop. I went to light and deep call to recharge them again and again and broke my elder mask because of crab attacks so I had to make a prairie elder temple visit. It took more time than doing alone.

I kinda realised there was something wrong with the Red Shard and went into super-cautious mode. Fortunately there is a piece of light bloom on a tree right next to the shard, so any time I got below 6 wings I took some time out on it to recharge. Conveniently, part way up the tree, I was out of reach of the 🦀 red crabs but close enough to see where they were hanging out. Very unusually, I had to do the entire thing by myself. The only server merge happened after the portal to the Shard memory had already appeared, which was itself after a longer-than-usual pause. I got 3 AC. I'm still not sure what triggered me into super-cautious mode.

I don't think there are any actionable tips, unfortunately. Some people said that they managed to meet up by choosing a spot and meeting there in the crowd, but I reckon if you get put in different crowds it won't help

IMHO, the Shared Space Lanterns & Panhandle Crystals everywhere is long past being annoying.
They have added exclusion zones around some spirits, but every spawn location has several Crystals. Ugh!

I have suggested (pleaded) that TGC allow players to be able toggle off these “features” in preferences.

Current Season additions should be extended exclusion zones so players can experience the new material without having to wade through player crystals begging for hearts.

It depends on what you want. If you buy pass today it gives 30 bonus candles as starter and one daily extra at home shrine for the rest of the 28 days, that's 58 total. So with pass you can get up to 198 candles with all daily quests, without pass it's 140 (needs work if you just started playing). Check the seasonal chart here in pins to decide because some pass locked items can be acquired now without spending extra candles on them 📌

Me and a friend are trying to do our shards but they aren't able to burn their's and mine and their's seem to be separate despite being together in the same server. Is this normal? Can we do anything?

I'm on Switch and them on mobile

Shards on Switch CAN be sometimes bugged, where sometimes Switch CAN get a different Variation compared to Mobile, which can result in one of the side’s burning first, then the other side will start burning

I got Krill in my memory but they didn't join so I'm unsure. Is the mobile and Switch versions the same?

Mobile’s Memory is Elder, but Switch’s Memory CAN be bugged too, they CAN get Jellyfish, as well as Elder

But, if you got the Krill Memory, then it appears that you haven’t completed all of the Shattering Quests yet

Yeah I didn't. So I'm guessing it's Krill or Elder for mobile too?

It’ll just be Elder for Mobile, as the Bugged Shards only affect Switch only

But, if you keep doing the same Shard, you can complete all of the Shattering Quests, and see the rest of the memories, after you completed them all, it’ll be one random memory per Red Shard Day
