There is a winged light in the middle of the floor. This memory was bugged during the live season and had no light but was fixed by the end. If your friend doesn't see one they most likely collected it already, this memory was shown last week as well

So, after examining the Yearly Shard 2023 Calendar by Ely, I’ve noticed some months are similar to each other in the year of 2023 in terms of Shard Eruptions and the days that they occur on these similar months and I decided to share what I found out

The months that WILL be similar to each other in the Shard 2023 Calendar are:

• January and October (Both start on Sunday)

• February, March and November (They all start on Wednesday)

• April and July (Both start on Saturday)

• September and December (Both start on Friday)

May, June and August do NOT share a pattern with the other months in 2023 (May starts on Monday, June starts on Thursday and August starts on Tuesday, so they are the odd ones out)

#known-issues message doesn't say "don't use wind paths". It says: "we encourage players to refrain from using the map shrine in the Wind Paths, and to refrain from teleporting from the Wind Paths to Home." As long as you don't do those things, it's fine.
I know that personal experience doesn't mean anything when talking about statistically rare events, but, as a data point: I've been using wind paths extensively every day, since before the bug was known, and I'm still ok.

I'm curious what is the total impact of this bug, because if it was at all prevalent I'd imagine they would do something more serious than a warning message in discord

If you crash in the wind paths, a good chance you're done for. It's best to avoid them, because if by a random chance you crash, or the bug evolves (it can happen) and triggers the bug by just existing there, you'll also be done for. You'd be surprised how many harmful bugs they've ignored in the past for a long period of time, and never put out compensation or they did but did a really bad job on it

if you have a low number of seasonal candles and no seasonal hearts, it might be "safe" enough to use wind paths
but at the very least once you got your first seasonal heart, I'd avoid the windpaths like the plague, because one oopsie might mean you can't get the ultimate gifts at all

From my experience you can go almost 14 days without logging in to collect seasonal candles to be able to finish the season. So I’m thinking since u started 2 days ago, you more than okay 👍

You're totally fine!! I personally adore the rabbit mask. There is always a chance for the TS Peeking Postman who also has a rabbit mask, although it's shaped differently from the event one.

Also look at outfits or cape combos you like to see if either mask fits any of your outfit combos :3

the season started jan 16 and runs till april 2
it has 4 spirits
to start it off, talk to the guide and head to the secret hideout in the vault (ground floor)
to buy things from the spirits, you need to relive their memories, then access the constellation from the Home space

the shared space shrine is the glowing diamond next to the season guide
if your designing of the space got interrupted, you need to edit it via your lantern

One Hour until the First Change of Early Red Shard Skies in Jellyfish Cove

Mmmm....I just tested backflipping...not sure how much it gave me (near completing 2 chevrones) and I had no animation of a candle or wax coming to my skykid but it looks like I received some more wax after cinematics and the bowing (heard the sound and candle counter is a bit higher).

Something odd is going on with chevron counting...I dont have a clean pic before starting CR but checked candle meter and seemed ok. I did Forest (nearly all wax), Grandma and Valley (except 1 race and Hermit), but relived a couple of spirits that give extra wax. Sky said I reach 15 candles or 0 chevrones but...If I take the current number and the one I had at the begining... I am missing 5 candles... odd... I did not spend any candle at all after I started CR. Hope I just mis read smth...

Variation (meaning where in the area shards will fall) are harder to get. But seems predictions are pretty much on track. Rotation in terms of when a specific type of shard (red or black) will fall or not.... have been figure out and so far is working fine.

There is basically a hard cap of 20 that once you reach your candle icon turns gray and goes up extremely slowly

I have heard that people have reached 21 if they were close to getting another candle before they started candle running for that day

I found out that the red shard crabs are attracted to light and will attack any light around (including memory candles or regular candles) , all I knew was they got mad if you honked at them

From Jan 20 to Jan 26th 2023 (aka before Jan 27th's reset): it was fireworks at home deck from 00:00 to 00:04 and Dragon from 00:04 to 00:12 every hour.

From Jan 27th to Feb 3rd 2023 Fireworks at home are gone and the Dragon at home appears every 2 hours, from xx:00 to xx:08.

not sure about the upcoming one as it was not mentioned in any official notes yet. It was like that last year though the wisteria tree at forest slowly gave more lights piece as event progressed.
