I contact to rise awareness for a personally urgent topic regarding players who own a season pass.
I quit sky shortly after spending money on one:

3 years in sky I purchased one season pass.
In hard times of covid, sky bacame my source of escapism, sanctuary and alternate universe.
When season of the little prince was announces,
I was so happy. The book has a huge place in my heart and childhood. So although I couldnt afford,
I decided to invest in buying the season pass.
When the season started, my depression and mental health worsen. I put a lot of pressure on myself to complete daily quests from the fear of missing out. In a hard period of my life, I couldnt function anymore. And so couldnt proceed on playing as a result. Thus, the pass I bought went to waste.
I never returned to sky no matter the longing.
Not even for Aurora, whom I'm a huge fan of.
Thats due to being so deeply disappointed and angry at myself for missing out what I paid for.
I dont think traveling spirits serve here, I think players who have paid for the pass should have access to those spirits's cosmetics or at least another chance to obtain the ultimate gift.
In this letter I request to consider my point of view and to rise awarness to the way customers's game experience is treated.

Further elaboration:
Nowdays, new players can complete past seasons quests and interact with the seasonal spirits memories to obtain emotes.
Big part in the gameplay engagement is to not miss out on new items and cosmetics. Thats what brings players back.
But, I think players who bought the season pass should be treated differently. After the season ended, they should have access to the cosmetics and most importantly the ultimate gift.
Now that im better financially and mentally I'm back in the game and interested in investing on future seasons passes and other ingame currencies. Yet, after what happened, I was left bittersweet and the game lost meaning to me.
Disappointed I missed the ultimate gift.

There is very little chance they will let pass holders access old cosmetics, especially the ones from copyrighted seasons like LPP and Aurora, because those come with a contract that TGC does not dictate

Each season has approximately 14 days of dailies you can skip and still get the ult, that’s 2 weeks of break from the grind (more days to skip if there’s extra SC days)

the IAPs on switch are currently bugged, and seem to only be showing up for people who are in the US on Switch. i'm sure that TGC has gotten news about the issue, and hopefully it can be fixed soon, but due to nintendo's policies we may not get a hotfix in time for the event for now, if you can, you should be able to find & purchase everything on mobile, but keep in mind any candles included can only be used on mobile

Seasonal spirits tend to glow purple if you haven’t relive them. This year’s days of fortune, the spirits are pulling a little trick to make sure skykids pay them a visit.
So, even if you had relived them before, you’ll still see them glow :D

Those are not the wax from spirit, when you walk up to the prairie temple, you pick those wax up before you meditate and then they registered late, 50 wax should not give that less even though you're on 1 chevron

I watched the forest video too, you pick up the 3 wax that's available at the candle before you meditate, that is also not the wax from the spirit

the muralist's smock is available as an IAP from the menu shop, but if you're playing on Switch it may not show up. You can still buy it on another device and it will transfer

the shards go in chronological order but skip over Isle (as far as i've seen)

so they were in Vault yesterday > skip Isle > Daylight Prairie

They've been skipping Isle completely, but now the Shattering Season is over, it now has certain Rules, and one of them is that the 1st Day of EVERY month starts with Prairie Caves, which will mean the Shard Realm could be one Realm behind the Dailies one month, then next month, 2 Realms behind the Dailies, then next month 3

I can reveal that February's Shard Realm will be 3 Realms behind the Daily Quest Realm
