About shards: they last 51mins and don't give reward if you arrive late. You can #live-feedback how confusing it is that they are there but don't give reward

For best results, try to do the Shard the moment it lands, so you can get the reward, once it lands, you have approximately 50 minutes to complete it and get the reward, if you complete it over 50 minutes, then you won’t get the reward

Seasonal quests need red shards

Red shards are hard shards that has moderate-high risks of you losing winged light, it rewards ascended candles

Black shards are easy shards that give normal wax

Both shards need you to cleanse a certain amount of darkness (dark plants), with red shards having an additional activity of collecting light fragments and a memory you can visit by meditating at the blue crystal that appears after getting ascended candles

Shards are a timed event, lands at a certain time (usually 30 minutes after reset) and lasts approximately 50 minutes. Repeats every 2 hours

Signs of a shard about to fall are red skies and the most motable one is the eden mountain exploding, shards falling from the eden mountain, and the earth shaking
