I think TGC would forewarn us if they had to run ads. It wouldn't even need to be beta related. It would be very unlikely since it may crash the game for most and would interrupt interaction and connection, which Sky stands for. So the answer is, unless you hear it confirmed by a developer, don't believe it. It doesn't seem a part of what Sky embodies. That's why IAPs cost a bit more, to cover what ads would give. I think we're safe for now! ^^

the actual reason for that is that when we're younger everything is new and interesting for us so our brains made sure to take not of EVERY. SINGLE.
