I don't have the hair but I can help you with general advice! Since it's a white jelly hair I'd pair it with pastel capes (like grateful shell cape and white cape) and overalls from Assembly

This probably won't help at all but sticking to a lot of pale things helps blend in with the hair ajjsksns

The legging pants combo is from the Pointing Candle maker, it's 4 hearts, but you can use the free pants too it looks good as well

The hair is from Hide and Seek pioneer, it's worth 2 hearts

The mask is from the season of Assembly, but I kinda regret putting that in in case you joined the game only recently, it was at a cheap price but since the season is gone you'd have to get it through travelling spirits

The fur neck thing can be obtained through this season! It costs 18 seasonal candles think, you get 5 season candles each day though it'll take you about a week
