going to the closest door has nothing to interact with and nothing happened, so i'm trying to go to the obvious one with the light but the jumps are even worse than water trial. my sky kid is apparently physically incapable of making simple jumps no matter what i do. i hate it more than water trial with a short sky kid. maybe this is just another instance of tgc not making sure the game works well on anything but mobile.
(dang thats a long wait) maybe my game is just cursed. the door had nothing to interact with and standing by it, nothing happened. i like hunting for bugs but i cannot stand game-breaking bugs i can't avoid

When all your chevrons are gone and your candle meter turns grey that means you got 20 candles
You can get max 21-22 candles in a day but grinding for more than 20 takes A LOT of time

Each ^ arrow represents 5 candles collected (you start with 3 ^ each day). So you've at least collected 5, maybe more. When all 3 are gone, you've at least collected 15. The ^ also has an animation to show each candle acquired but it's pretty quick. There's also a sound when a candle forms. After arrows (aka chevrons) are gone, collecting 5 more candles (20 total) will cause that candle icon to turn grey indicating it's "maxed" out. Though, technically more can still be earned after, it's just a slow process.
