It's the Journey call. If you buy the Journey iap pack, and equip the mask, it'll replace your default call with the Journey call.
But only if you wear the mask. So it's kinda like the chibi mask in that sense.
Edit: fortunately, as of the PC launch, it's available to all platforms at any time.

Celine is from Vault of Knowledge while Kuro was found in Wasteland, after being discarded. Kuro was being experimented on with the illness shown in the trailers of "Sky: The Two Embers" (my lore will change as the episoses release) but the thing that she is experimented on with goes awry and mutates, causing her to develop krill like features (mainly the horns and some scale like features.) She was then cast aside when the experiment didn't go as planned, since the poor girl had gone feral and behaved like a krill, attacking everything with light. Fleeing to wasteland, she found her home there for several years, until she came across Celine, who was in the vault after leaving Praire, wanting adventures and knowledge. Celine saw Kuro's horrible state and managed to calm the corrupted soul, helping her regain some sanity back. Bit by bit, Kuro was re-educated and fit in easier, though others still didn't want to be near her, causing Kuro to stick with Celine, them developing a close bond. Sometimes, Kuro has painful flare-ups, feeling severe her to go temporarily feral from the corruption that had overtaken her, but they luckily don't last long. Also both girls are in their late teens (This is a short WIP summary, mainly of Kuro, since Celine's lore is still being worked on, i will go into detail another time)

This is pretty much the "no trauma x too much trauma"

Basically you can buy a random spell, similar to the ones you see in spirit friendship trees (the ones that cost 5 candles). This may also give you other random cosmetic preview spells, not sure. I would recommend prioritizing buying actual cosmetic items with tickets first, then using leftover tickets to buy spells later in the event
