Okay sky kids! Alot of people.are struggling with skyskate so I will (try) to teach you my tips for it!

1. Hard Slide
   Hard sliding is when you take your skid and slide holding down one direction! Its easiest done in the middle or sides of the rink, when your skid leans and is almost touching the ground you are in prime for Hard slide. Hard sliding will help you gain speed MUCH quicker than the normal slide.

2. Hard Slide Jumps
   While you're locked into a Hard slide you'll notice you have incredible speed, this can be used to jump the ice rink gaps very easily! Don't be afraid to get the light above or next to them when you can LEAP over with your speed.

3. Hard Slide turn
   If you're missing too many lights and want to change direction you don't need to fully stop to do so, while you're in a hard slide and with lots of speed quickly turn your skykid and begin to spam jump. This will let you fully change your direction mid slide and still keep tons of your speed, allowing a very quick recovery.

Honestly yea I suspect we just have more people. This could have happened if they split all accounts evenly across teams instead of randomly assigning people to teams when they go through the ceremony. Meaning the other three teams could just have a bunch of inactive accounts. Since silver is basically free but gold is very hard to get, having even 5% more active people in a team would be a huge advantage (since it would require 10-15% of the next team to get gold to compensate)

Like, I know I'm just that good but I don't think all of us top performers just happened to get sorted into the same team by accident. And getting gold really is more about spending time than skill per se. So yea, either we just have tons of people who play all day or this is skewed somehow

It definitely goes against the spirit of "fun and friendly competition" (and tbh even using carry+candle counts as "trying too hard" in my book) but the sad fact is that even this isn't likely to change the fact that Forest has insurmountable lead due to the way the tournament scoring and team assignment is designed. Which in turn doesn't super matter assuming the "winning" team doesn't actually get anything in the end (which I hope will be the case). Still not great but at the end of the day it's about having fun and trying your best, not winning at any cost
