Assuming it’s what I think it was, the map itself is in live, likely because the devs just pulled the latest update from beta, but also it isn’t available regularly, as there is no physical portal there yet, and you need to hack (similar way that people always get to new areas early, hackers go there and it’s kinda just a butterfly effect of people joining)
