It's in Hermit Valley. You go at the end of those clouds and there will be 2 islands that you can land on. If you look down, you'll be able to see boats going back and forth. Just jump and there will be water but watch out because it's blinding. When you emerge from the water, it will be very dark for a moment but eden will be visible
