The developers changed the time in this message several times. Here is a screenshot I took at 10:15 utc. It shows the time before 11 utc, then the time was changed to 11:30. That is why the moderators did not publish the information here, because it changed.

The issue is that devs supposed to use the time for merging states only, but they decided to use the added time to add more things on top of it. Only a few states are mergings it is not like previous ones where more than 50 to 100 states are being merged.

Unfortunatelly seems like from past expirience to me and also other players, who the game will randomly choose a line of items and ask most of the time that, for a while change with something else and then keep asking it, when you unlock the contract with bunnies lv7 it's a bit less problematic but it need strategy for don't waste item / energy

Strategy means you can do something, plan what you are going to do, there is no planning here.

when I talk about stratey I mean to not use stamina when you don't need to use it and wait till the next day if you have already completed the daily 150 points, then don't use letters while you can't spend stamina, also merging items pointing to have enought of other stuff who for the moment isn't asked but in the future when the contract who need them will appear you already have them, like a couple of lv7, four or max six lv6 and so on, it's all about maximizing the use of the stamina, isn't simple and it's needed also luck but at least there is something who could be done for improve the final result

The issue is you are asked to get fish on each contract and when you spend 100 stam you don't even get enough to make 1 scorpion(so 1/4 of a fish) but got spammed with the rest.

They don't ask for bunnies until you're about half way through the track. To start with its the item you're not being given for the first 50%. Then it evens out for the next 25%. Then it swaps and wants the other thing you're not being given + more bunnies than you can get

I had the same problem with the stun pistol on the previous stage (pro assassin) it always keept me asking that, and was pretty hard to handle, I've even had to use ducks for get rid of that contracts (don't do it, is totally unworthy and a waste of duck) since you've reached 60k at least you got the HQ Skin who is a pretty cool goal, if you menage to do 20k more token you can get the sentinel skin too

The issue with f2p is learning when not to use all your materials

Its was the same for the comics strips from tmnt. You needed to wait until all comics were open to use the spins so you get all the rewards if not you had to spend.

Without joking, pure honest opinion-
Hitman collab was the most generous collab since I started playing SoS. I started around joker collab. Usually all they gave for free made you end up with 3* reso hero with no skill unlocked and that is just usellrss baggage, not worth using. This time I made Hitman 5* and max skills which is really generous compared to earlier collabs.

Does it make it a good event? No, just no... It is pure garbage, gameplay they introduced in it is just not it and if you want to have special operative it will still cost you 1000$+ which is in my opinion just insane... So much $$ just for one hero that will likely be overshafowed by new, better operative within a year

But it still is endeniably one of the most generous collabs made by FP.

This is my point. The potential of the previous collab is nowhere near the scale of what's on offer here. The difference between getting hitman and levelling him a bit is huge compared to the maximum potential he can reach with spending. So whilst yes, it feels as if you're getting something, the reality is the power gap has grown that bit more again

We can at times make things harder on ourselves sure i guess, but comes down to management knowing what to do for the game in a right way, and not money way.

For RR, people do it themselves. You see f2p having 20m troops with no power and you see a mid spender with 7m troops and can burn that player. Game will group them together… for RR, imo, there has been a significant improvement and DEFINITELY one team will be better but most of the time, it’s balanced and if not, it’s due to the players fault as I stated above.

Im doing most of tasks in PowerPlay on a daily basis, and try to get rank1 too. And im always good with potions, since PowerPlay gives a decent amount daily

84 potions exactly per day, if you finish all 6 tasks & rank first. X 30 days= 2520 potions monthly by PowerPlay.

And most of the tasks dont require to spend a lot of materials.

From the way I see it, if you're in a team there's very little requirements for what opponents you get. It feels like they just throw you with the any 5 players they find but with solo matching my experience has been they tried to balance out the strengths between the 2 teams as much as possible. For example the opponent had a super strong whale but the teamates were quite weak where any of my random teamates could beat them

They won’t… it’s not just that. Everything is outdated and yet we are at plasma levels but still get purple hero frags from stuff… they know but don’t care…that’s not an area of concern for them. Right now, it’s how everyone in the company places a bet on how much revenue they can pull in a month.

Observation:
Currently, the only way to change states is through limited-time State Transfer Events, which are only made available after a full MIGO cycle. There is no option for state movement during MIGO, and the merging of states appears to be handled exclusively through this narrow event format. This setup does not reflect the current needs of many players or the dynamic nature of the game's ecosystem.

Consequences:

Players are locked into states for long durations without options to move, even when their current environment is inactive or no longer enjoyable.

Alliances cannot regroup or recruit across states during MIGO, hindering community development and game longevity.

State merges feel artificial and rigid, rather than responsive to population levels, activity, or competitive balance.

When transfer merge occur, they are often poorly matched, leading to new states composed of mismatched or dying groups.

Suggested Solution:

Introduce a more flexible, possibly recurring transfer system that allows players to relocate even during MIGO, with appropriate consequences (such as losing personal MIGO progress or joining the new bracket with a delay).

Allow transfers and merge to be driven by state activity levels and player population, not just pre-set windows.

If mid-MIGO transfers are a concern, enable temporary lockouts from ranking rewards or separate brackets to maintain fairness.
This would offer players a more organic and adaptable experience and help revitalize stagnant states.
