Everyone will chase for it, save for it. And when they get it they feel fulfilled.

But if there are 69 other cars, each offering a different level of luxury and comfort, then I will pursue what I like or what my means allow me to.

A collector (whale) will get multiple cars, a mid level guy may be two.

A merge is usually just between two states, both of which need a merge. I do understand that frustration that it may not be the state you wished, though transferring out of the merged state would be an option for you, whether just you or the whole alliance. It may help to wait until the following merge when it happens though.

The rewards in the store was devided by the tier who needed a certain level of the trading build yes, but as someone who didn't shopped anything of bottlecaps and also I was pretty so much and too much late to unlock the skill who gave free bottle caps every 2 days, I felt not so much hard to level upp the trading building, if I remember correct I've reached the level 80 of the building without any problem and bought a lot of stuff with bottle caps

About the higher levels items who was in the store, tecnically we never saw it in the previous WE store, so we could say who was added but only players who invested in that features of the game could had access on them, but wasn't a lost of F2P, if we want analize the situation with a critical eye on it, in any case also about this we can file a feedback and share it for make the voice heard ❤️

Zeroing the state is not really in order to get your migration rating down. It is just showing you the consequences if you aren't willing to move
The reality is GOD alliance faces in events always the top alliances, there's nothing we can do about it, except bringing new and big players to our ally.

So far we've always avoided this path. For example when we moved to 284.
