If you consider a new team has played less rr matches, thus having less potential for bad performance. Thus, having a higher score. You would be considering more factors that would make your statement seem wrong,

For RR the real issue is that they take BP for match making and ... one player with 250K BP and paying vs a player with 250K BP but all F2P, the one paying will always beat the F2P with same BP.

If you don't fix the matchmaking, no need to fix score, that's a non sense.

If you can't quntify properly the power you give to player ok let's put random numbers everywhere and all is fine. That's simply called balancing.

I'm not asking something perfect but here it's unbalanced on purpose. Everything you can get in the cash shop is under rated on purpose. Chief gear weight a ton of BP for nothing, Badges don't count for much. there are a few very easy fix that would improve things a lot. Personally I don't complain I keep myself at a very low BP and could beat anybody of the same BP as long as he doesn't buy everything in the cash shop.

Rr matching has been an issue since early on, it widened drastically with plasma release epically when t11 came out, it forever will be an issue.

Everyone wants scores and matching to be fixed, but nobody here has any real viable solution how to fix it.
The more that's registered and the more variation in registrants, the worse the matching is, and that's not even talking about the high seed low seed matching system they use for DD.
I've given my suggestion on it but it wasn't good enough apparently 🤷

Instead of people getting together and focusing on things that is 100000 times easier to fix, like how there's huge price variations amongst the exact same items in different shops, or some event currencies expiring and others don't, or how jg ends the same time most often as the event you get rewards for so you potentially lose some because they get recycled
But
tons of people tend to focus on something that's been an issue ever since plasma got released. Wouldn't be so much am issue if they fixed some bp values accordingly. Like how 3% infantry attack in normal research lab is (just a number here but it's substantially different) 4000 bp for example, but in the plasma lab the same 3% is 28,000 bp. Using bp would be less of an issue if they fixed all the bp values correctly.
But that still brings the issue with quantifying jolly glide state skill vs band conductor statue skill 🤷 their effectiveness works very different for 2 very different people.

Yes. It's old and outdated, They updated it once and basically the devs don't care to update for the years since old gen 7 was a thing.
Showdown is just a timeless classic like tons of other things in this game.

Problem what we have is pooling of states in these events is so broad. You will have 15 whales eyeing top spots.

The bracket widening is to blame. There has to be some better ideas to mergers. This kills game for far many people and it saves for a few.

Tycoon dices were available free for F2P from supply hub, red envelopes, cooking.

Now you get from Jungle + eggs

The numbers are defo more. If you count given in 30 levels of JG, or 60 levels of mining.

If you look at Circuit event.
Free chips for F2P were via tasks only. Now you get extra from JG.
So all in all....JG is the balancer, events are more frequent but F2P players are getting more than they did before.

Had a great conversation yesterday with our Raid opponent after battle and they were an alt. So sweet and we had a lot of fun

The 1% of crowd > doesn't have to worry about anyone hitting them. Their worry is beating folks in buildings. Minimal risk, most reward. The risk is in loss of "investment" if they don't keep spending.

Mid spend - might be targeted by 1%. 1 player out of 100. Risk is in loss of whatever they have outside enlistment but they can survive the 2 hits to port away beforehand if online before risk exposure. That's maybe 15-19% of the crowd?

80% of the crowd - easy target for the entire 20% every time - 1 hit from around 10% will constantly leave them at permanent losses if it's happening anywhere outside controlled environments like svs.

My brain tried to jump track on the train of thought because this brought up something from yesterday with another Raid. It's a known fact I'm a little guy on purpose, but it's also an inside joke with a few people that my alt is the first one hit at every single possible moment in an event because it's a p9.
Within the first five minutes of raid, I'm always the first one burning. It's never someone of my level doing it, it's someone who is a p15. So competition? What competition? Most of the time I can't even play events because the supposed competition has decimated my ability to even earn min.
And I'd love to say "oh people can just reinforce me" they can, and they did, but then they have to move. It's unreasonable to expect my team to sit there and keep viable troops in my defense when they need to be out on the field doing things. It's also unreasonable to see high quality players intentionally punching down so they can feel like they did something, while calling it competition.

The expectation is that I spend money to build up, but I refuse to spend money on this game. So I get to deal with it, smile and say good game, and wait until the next time I'm whale food.

That's what this game is for lower tiered players. A series of platters on which to perch while we wait for someone who spends to come eat us, while patting themselves on the back for their optimal strategy.
And I'm not mad at the whales, either, because the game is specifically designed this way. It's like being mad at a cat for chasing a mouse.

There's plenty of easy solutions. This company itself implemented them before they veered off-course because of the demographic they start to cater more to.

Low ceiling of stat, high percentage of item completion via grinding, branch the item out in mutually exclusive counters, all those things lead to better competitive ability while still favoring p2w mechanics.

Heroes are an easy example -80% of their performance is achievable within a decent time frame via grinding and in game rewards.

15% can easily do red heroes. 1% are capable of blue frame triple heroes. All within the same time frame.

Contrast that with pet breeding or behemoth companions.

Or just contrast with new hero mechanics themselves. DNA and resonance skills.

In my own alliance, we often don't have a choice but to fight, or stand by and lose. We prefer to lose on our own merit by trying our hardest.

I get that, but that's not my directives. Additionally, because I know I'm going to be burned first, I send things out as quickly as possible so I still have troops. That doesn't mean it isn't annoying that a p15 looks right at me and goes "mmmm fresh meat".

A p10 coming at me? A p12? Fine. But a p15 with red reso and maxed behe? That's just proving a point

It also doesn't mean it isn't ridiculous that an alliance with players at my same level - my alliance - is up against alliances with teams of p14-15 just to encourage expense and calling it "competition"

When you're a smaller player, you shouldn't have to look at options like sidelining it to play events - you have the expectation you're playing against teams of similar levels.
This isn't true in sos

Please don't mistake my unwillingness for ignorance; I know how to stay safe in these instances, but it's against my nature and against the orders I'm given (for my alt) to do so.
My point is that the game is designed to force players of my level against higher tiered players under the guise of competition to encourage spending on the little guys and act as a balm for the bigger players that they are - indeed - strong. So strong they can burn lower than them in one hit

I usually get all the sentinels from the event first the Red Gems which give Behe materials worth 500 crates and 100 Pearls x 5 too difficult to ignore

500 Behe crates are worth 15000 diamonds = 150$

It isn't a bug. It's a standard feature in fart+ games.

We have had instances where hq costing 25k to upgrade were 400 bucks at reset. Just a way to easily push competition.

People aren't spending? Drop a "bug" watch the fomo take over.

If it's too many who dip in, pull it back, cuz then they losing targeted money. If it's too little, they gave some a free taste and now every competitor wants it too.

Even you guys have had it before. Remember the behemoth "bug"

Everyone was up in arms for the cost of a long term update pushing upwards of 20k$ instead of the standard 3k$ of prior updates at the time. They gave a "bug" that let people have a purple gorilla. See its effectiveness, then slashed prices down to what it would have been. All easy marketing.

To us, these are bugs or unintentional exploits which favor players and cost the company money. While their in-house testing ain't great, these aren't accidents, especially when they result in higher spending and higher engagement.

Just ridonculous amount of content in the game designed to get people to become annoyed with the game rather than keep the interest or engage players

I have seen this game turning on its head.

There was a time all bundles started with 499, getting chief gear design was huge. I literally made spreadsheets and plans to acquire them via diff shops

There was a time when you get a 20 Behe crate + 200 pearls bundle for 499. And 999 was 30 crates + 300 pearls. Diminishing returns made players stop.
Now they give 40 crates and 500 pearls

How often do you lose out on some rewards issued by jungle gems because the rewards you get (like let's say dice event)
BY the time you use dice, you lose some because of the animations of that event.

Or tons of other things like IDFK, HOW ABOUT.....

Or how unclaimed lap rewards from dice event are lost?

When the devs release an event, they need to put all of the information in the event description, including information about status effects, conditions (such as leaving), and item effects/uses.

What they don't need to do is put all of this in multiple different places, essentially (intentionally) making players hunt for it all. That has a negative effect on the player experience, and only creates further distrust in the company to develop, deploy, and manage events and features professionally and transparently.

Otherwise we're left to think this is what they do every other time; encourage players to make mistakes in order to encourage spending.

They know how players work and they employ countless people to do things like read market trends, do interviews, study analytics, do r&d... They understand gambling and gaming addiction, and every single thing in this game is geared toward those very things.

And even the mini games are based on some of this stuff. Look at how many mirror other popular games, some of the very games which they've surveyed us about. "In the last 6 months, what games have you played?" Many of those games feature idle content like ours now has.
For a reason.

But they're not the only ones doing this by any means. They're a symptom of a larger issue. So when we come at FP for this, we also need to be coming at IGG, Lilith, Blizzard, Bethesda, Epic, and the rest of them, because they're all developing, directing, and actively monetizing escapism.

Vehicle crates are really risky, you could end up getting frags you don't want.

What worse is that a G1 frag crate allows you to take out max 5 frags at a time, so you have to be careful that you are picking the right frags
