So I've now bought 3 randomised legendary pet crates. 2 have been gray wolf. Is this because it cannot be upgraded and is amazingly useless for that reason? Will probably buy the pick a choice for my other 2 but still, but frustrating

Won’t defend them, but 25% is not that you get in 4 crates 4 different pets, It means you have a 1/4 chance per pet. My first 3 random gold ones were 2x doggie the chances are pretty high that you get the same pet at that percentages

For the price of the eggs it's definitely bad, regardless of winning these in jungle gems or not, the rewards are miniscule, 1 dice, 1 wheel pearl, 2 spin tokens etc. It would be nice to have these worth while and increasing the items obtained in them. But if you had to give an answer to that; how much more would you consider is fair for the players?

I dont think I finished a lot of hero statues before JG started. I used to stop right when it started needing 3 cards for upgrade.

Now, every dang new hero statue has cards left over.

A lot many newer frames, statues, marches dont show up in the recycle center.
I first thought that devs want to prevent accidental recycling by not showing items until player has reached max level of upgrade for that particular one.
But then I realised there is no recyling at all. Some of older items show up for recycling irrespective of their upgrade status.

I've not been a fan of their ascension model simply because by the time you can get an item to purple or gold, they've released something else to focus on, or a 2nd gen of the item in question

That's the response I made on Christman day to someone regarding recycling but another hypothesis I had falls flat on its face when I consider that older states appear to have the same recycling challenges as newer states.

I think the Green Gene-links going to meet the same fate that of Blue and Purple tempests. You could find some less-active F2Ps using Purple tempests but never a blue one.

So Right now chance of getting a Gold crate in deployment treasure is 1:10
Then chance of Green green link appearing in the Gold crate is unknwn.
Now they are not even selling Gold or Red gene Links they are selling purple and they are selling the upgrade materials as well.
And this is not via direct-sale, its via Hidden treasure and we both know how ludicrous that is.

So fo benefir of every player, not just F2P, it would be prudent for FP to drop upgrade materials or Blue Genelinks somewhere for free, at least so that people enagge with the mechanic.

Now mid to big players leave the buildings after water tanks are opened.
Idea is to collect water or stop others from collecting.

So L1 of us have 1 whale doing that, L2 I do the water tanks with 1 more mid player.
Unlike old times we dont do rallies to on buildings, we just solo them in last 5 mins.

This game is much faster has more action but less room for small player. You cant stay behind safe line to collect water. you can only garrison buildings.

raise individual players score cap to 10 mil score and make whales over 1 mil rr score scale towards that truthfully. players between 1.1 mil and one mil have a huge power difference even if it`s not even 10% in score. and make the damn troop amount count for something as well

Problem is raid score has an upper limit. So players that are 1,000x stronger register as close in raid score individually. Means you’ll have matches where 1 player can burn everyone on the other team and end the game within 5-10min

Been messing with the gene combinations. This has been easily the best yet nothing else has even come close and as far as i can tell this is in the normal blue ability range. But just about everything is 600k or lower, never had another reach even 900k

Notice in this clip I only had 7 Gene Boosters, but look what happens when I keep hitting Recombine.

At the end, I now have enough for an advanced Recombine. Not sure if you knew about that or not.

Also happens if you reject a stat change but with those I've often seen the Gene Boosters animate into the area like in this video but the number of Gene boosters don't always change.

Not sure if that's a bug or not.

Several of the bugs I would report needed to have a video attached as that best explained the problem.

When I had a GM she would have me do screen recordings as that was helpful for the DEVS (a few of these either weren't fixed or came back).

You want better stuff in the claims. They'll take away the bios and give you those rewards, however They'll reduce what you get from clearing a stage by half or more. You'll get less than you did originally despite clearing more stages. The event is fine. Leave it alone.

Look at throwdown. You used to spend (making up numbers) 100 of a thing and you'd get 20 back. Now you spend 2000 of a thing, but you still get 20 back

I will explain this jungle gems, some of my alliance member got victim 10++ hours only biocaps.

1. Increasing Redeem Shop Items.

This one is crucial especially day 3 of Jungle Gems, when they are in lvl 31 or higher, they can't buy any items since all items limit, Increase quantity of items allowing players for better progress.

2. Reduce Biocaps Probability/Adjust Possible Rewards

Just like in Top 10 feedback said, adjust the idle reward probabilities to ensure more fairness (not just alt account can reach lvl 30++, main account with F2P should reach high level), and allowing Bombs/Firecrackers/Rockets/Chisels can be stacked (like 2-3x) not just Biocaps/Magnify

Note: some players are egoistic about Biocaps and don't care about others who needs lvl 30

3. Rewards must stay same not Reduce

If they can adjust idle possible rewards, then don't reduce any kind of items, and stay same amount as previous jungle gems, some players are worried about changes.

Most people who are complaining are F2P and as a F2P, you should learn to deal with whatever you get after all, you’re not paying anything. You expect to be as strong as those who spend and THAT WILL SIMPLY NOT HAPPEN. Jungle gems is very good for F2P and getting bios is EXTREMELY GOOD. If you think 1 statue will make a difference to you, then you definitely don’t know this game… enjoy the way jungle gems is. It’s still ONE of(if not the best) event for F2P and spenders.

Urgh. Look, they're not going to change that without taking something else away. Look at the history of other events. When they improve one thing they always make something else worse. Generally a LOT worse.

In this case you can be basically sure that if they take away the biocaps so you get more relevant "things" to reach higher stages the prizes for the stages will now suck. That nice thing you get at 10? Its now on level 20. Those 10 pearls you got on level 2? Its now 2 pearls. Thats how it'll be adjusted and quite frankly that'll be a lot worse.

people do not have that sorta expectations with Mining.
For the simple reason that it has very strong pay2win built in.
even if you get row/column clearers they have specific use and without spending it is hard to use them optimally.

FP created that as spiritual sucessor to JG, less lucrative rewards thoughout so both f2p and spenders make limited engagement. most of meaningful rewards come after 80 levels. thats about 60-65% completion

JG used to have mystery crate with each purchase which was removed, they removed egg from level 21 HQ crate bonus level. Then they pushed back queen of tide back to 48 and brought in tower crate, then they put a new ugly tower in place of island.... now level 40-41 bonus has been changed,

more bickering means rewards will shift towards later levels, so then you complete 30 everytime and get nothing....just like mining.

The rewards are shifted by dependencies on other events, MIGO and whatever other factors make sense to them.

e.g. the 5K statue is the grand prize so that's why it's last to "motivate" players to complete JG.

Queen of tides seems "cheaper" (lol) so it's been knocked back accordingly as a more easily obtained reward at a lower level.

Elder Tusker at 3K Fair Vouchers? Pfft, why even include it and I think that's been gone for awhile now. The foxy charm et al set appears in so many other event stores now and regularly so that it made sense for them to remove it.

You'll notice a shift in future rewards based on dependencies, not folks bickering or any feedback they received.

Why have sets stack and then complain about timer put on one but not the others, if you want to stack sets then obviously the timer would run on all of them same time like temp hq sets.

Also this stop and pause of sets is good because when in fights you can choose the bigger set buffs and during normal game and play switch to the smaller set buff.

As a Tempest connoisseur i dont disagree. MOF is best suited for berserk to get the extra 20 something percent damage above MOS. You might aswell go with a MoS IV instead of MoF III, MoF III is only "great" on berserk. But rifts and breach is better on boomtail. For riders thorns is acceptable, atleast if you dont have MoS. But yea g3 is quite strong

Exactly. I am seeing that Statues aren't even worth investing and aren't that precious as they are made out to be. On surface the skills look decent but on-field they are underwhleming and underperforming.

The game parses base hero dmg via various skills, since dmg is derived via player stats, these statues are absolutely useless for anyone with low base stats, F2Ps and low spenders.

And you are right about Christmas statues, they are doing slightly better.
from the same battle, Tidal Guardian is L1 and Queen of Tides is Level 3, Christmas statues are Level 1.

Showdown is a dumb event, but when you think about all the other places you send marches, you'll realize, this dumb event is not screwing you if you want to change your resonated heroes to different ones because it's deployed in the event.
Showdown was ahead of its time man. Boring yes, no doubt in that, but, no events released after showdown has the same capability to not effect changing resonating heroes.
King of the hill, survivor royale, immortal arena. All 3 locations you face other placers using 3 marches. Nothing is different about it other than the actual gameplay event.

Last time I asked about Gen Skip Nanami showed up because I used her handle, same as I used to do with Saberlot. That actually works SOMETIMES, once we're not constantly spamming them like every day.

She said the "devs" (who have nothing to do with the actual solution, just implementation) were still considering how to fix this but how long have we had gen skip?

What was the first state and in what year did this start?

What Nanami didn't mention were two things:

1. There are several PAID mechanisms in the game to help us catch up but the problems is, they're all paid. That's not a fair solution.

2. Giving Gen Skip states a solid solution is outside of the games predatory design so FunPlus is actually stuck on "how do we do this fairly?" It's a foreign language to them.

Had it been, "how do we exploit players with this new event?" or "should we take back the excess rewards players just got because of our mistake?" They've have solved it in a matter of hours, the latter would have been done within the hour if not 30 minutes of them being made aware of the mistake they made.

Personally, I'd be curious what state someone is in and who they play against if they are looking for Magnus frags, or is it a heroes rank thing in the leaderboards? I genuinely am curious in hearing from that player as to why they're looking for those.

If a maxed Olly can only resonate with a G10 hero as the highest Gen, 1-2 steps before 90 frag skill enhancement G19-G20 heroes are double his BP, why is someone looking for heroes that are from G2-G7?

I'm more curious why they removed MIA, a Gen 17 hero from Ray's place and why Ray's Place isn't more additive vs subtractive?

Most humans enjoy completing things actually. It's one of the cards in my UI patterns deck and has long been something addressed before those in terms of human psychology.

Looking through the game, we know it's something F+ either doesn't care about or fully understand as there are so many dead paths in SOS. They don't even make an attempt to allow us to complete meaningful portions of the game without serious spending.

I would like to understand the motive that is driving developers for Gen-skip, if it has been mentioned anywhere before (not speculation).

From the player perspective we know the hardships, but whats the motivation for FP? Raising a G14 hero would cost just as much as G21 and simila materials. Then why they want players to move up.

Additionally, Players gain Attack/Defence stats much easily than Health/Leth, Atk/Def majorly comes from Heroes, you move up and their these max increases. So when a player jumps from Gen 13 to Gen 21 as compared to moving gradually, his Health/Leth would be much much lesser. Want to know how this part works.

With everyone at the same level, think about the "savings" in no longer needing to have different releases, events, heroes and all other items a company looking to shave us cows down to the bone will profit from. If this is true, they'll have taken reduction of "overheard" to a whole other level.

As more states die, merging them will become increasingly easy as they'll no longer need to worry about matching states by events, heroes and other factors they have to currently take into account.

When a company releases an event titled "Bring 'em back" or whatever that nonsense is called, without addressing the concerns that drove them away in the first place, one can imagine that it won't be until a mass exodus F+ will release an event for the remaining players titled "Super Bring 'Em Back", but they'll only give just enough to make it seemingly worth it, until those that came back realize they were baited into doing so, and F+ hasn't changed a bit.

We (as in the state I was in when we got Gen skipped) definitely did not have MIA in Ray's place for that long, as we got Gen skipped after Gen 12. It was one appearance in Ray's to the next, might have been 2, and she was gone.

This is simply lazy dev work and F+ leadership simply not caring. How hard would it have been to keep her in Ray's? Not hard at all but guess what? This is the same company that reuses game/event code, even with the same bugs it had the first time it appeared, or they'll forget to change dates. I'm referring to the fireworks as one example.

I don't count search because that's a joke, where you're more likely to get endless Rusty, Ghost, Sarge and other older frags for characters you maxed 2 years ago versus a higher probability of newer gen frags.

Tbh I dislike Ray's immensely. I dont mind having tri-color hero tokens so I can choose which of my current gen to work on (though we all know each of the event/stores related to the current generation have a very specific purpose per hero), but that fact that I get a more significant amount of crates for the previous gens than the current one chafes.
Like, I get it, it's capitalism baby, but forcing a deficit in every part of your game's basic operations causes mounting and continued disinterest if not only just because we all know these heroes will eventually be obsolete.

If someone who experiences a gen skip has a total of 9 heroes to grow from the last three relevant gens, then it's even worse. When you're not getting the necessary drops as an f2p to meaningfully grow three generations of heroes after a gen skip - instead encouraged to spend in order to be able to keep up with your peers because you've also now been tossed into the greater matchmaking pool - it's frustrating and makes you even wonder why you're playing.

I miss the old Rays, but as they changed some key things going to Limitless, I feel like we're either stuck accepting what we have, or potentially having much much worse (in our good intentions to improve the mechanics of hero deployment and frag drops)

It doesn't make someone a whiner or honestly even wrong for pointing these things out from their personal play experience. It means their player experience hasn't been good, and they're frustrated with the status quo.

The fact that any of our fellow players have these frustrations, and that even someone like me who is core schedule and not gen skipped can relate in some fashion, means that there is merit and value to be found in opinions like Future is expressing. Even if I don't see it from his view, I can see it from the perspective of someone who just has these things thrown at them, and I wouldn't wish the drop rates and intentional forced deficits on anyone.

When they get skipped for 9 generations, and only the most recent three are relevant, but they're coming against opponents who have all those previous gens already stronger (and this isn't even bringing Tempest or anything into it), it's kinda hard to say it's good for anyone.

And even though we all sort of accept that the first three marches matter, all six marches are still - in some cases - able to wreck these folks. They don't stand a chance without spending.

In the state I was in when we got Gen Skipped we were advised to do what Lana said, but of course not everyone did that, but most did.

Then some of us were able to turn a few of the older heros red somewhat quickly, and were curious "what next?" So at that point, it was characters like Mia as a good hero in a 2nd or 3rd march, but not a character who was going to replace Xiaowen once she was released and we saw how powerful she was.

I can tell from your other responses you do understand the problem. Thank you for acknowledging that regardless of whether in the end you personally believe Mia should still be in Ray's or not.

Thanks for expanding a bit here; IMHO the only consolation to certain heroes cycling out of rays is that they show up elsewhere like the Platinum store or, uh, what's it called, the .. uhhh... Hero search, that's it. And even that's dicey that you're not gonna pull someone really outdated.
Great for some points here and there in different events, but then that brings up concerns about completion potions and retention. Again, there are some things which award those, but I do find that I still have trouble when heroes are higher level with greater cost.
I'm just not going to focus on the old, lame heroes when I have to worry about new and relevant ones in order to remain competitive. For gen skippers that is expanded.
If that affects me then I have to assume these concerns are affecting at least some people in later states than me.
