There are things they need to do that are drastically more important than the tat they're talking about. Explorer trail has 3 year old bugs in it. The UI keeps dropping me into hitting fiends or collecting rss. There is so much borked and they're putting dev time into CHAT features

The broken stuff in the UI is just unprofessional and shows their incompetemce mostly. No actual game impact except occasional annoyance.

You can trawl the bug reports channel. I'm sure that invulnerable or frozen or invincible infected in explorer trail have come up more than once

We need a reset function for behemoths!
Changing a skill of a Behemoth after it's release is complete bs.
Different upgrade paths may have been chosen instead if it actually was like this from the beginning.

All 4 behemoths need to be reset to fix all the changes devs have made and errors in the formulas they currently have.
Airplane formation system should also get reset. That formula is horrendous and any mathematician would laugh at their simple mistakes.

I was only able to open 10 at a time.
I was forced to watch a childish animation.
It took 2 minutes 37 seconds to open them.
It should have taken 1 second with a use all button
When will sos care about their players and make life simpler?

Those value card / monthly card in the bundles, when you "claim" the reward, you're forced to watch an animation and you cannot do anything until the animation is completed.
Treasure digging as well, you're forced to see the crate open up and the rewards you get, even though you get a system mail with those rewards before the crate actually opens up 😂
Stop these things please.
Its really annoying. It does nothing but force players to consume more time in your game, and ultimately less time to actually enjoy the game.
The more time that's spend waiting and being forced to watch this crap, the less enjoyable it is and the less time players actually cate to spend in your game.

F2P and small spenders should have a right to attain these Guardians, but under the current format of these events, they never can because it requires a massive amount of money to attain them. The only thing that is irritating is that the Guardian currently in the store was the most recent Guardian from the Anniversary Event literally weeks ago. I’m hoping now that every big spender realises that in future Guardian events, just don’t waste money on it because the lack of respect the devs have on the community, will result in those Guardians being released a few weeks later for the price of a Big Mac.

But, at least I've managed to capture level 1 and checkpoint (we all missed day 1). We have 2 alliances that have yet to deal any damage to their level 1 city 😔

I may be small and my alliance maybe weak, but at least we're trying to help 🤷 one of the big alliances on my team defending comments from others about how said it is for my alliance 🥰, but at least we got a building unlike some others.

The beginning of September yes. The Guardian itself only became available on stage 7 which was mid September and the declaration that Guardians would not enter Pearl stores was posted at the end of September. The Guardian in question would cost roughly around $1k to attain at the event. It’s literally just weeks later there it is for nothing. They should have released one of the original Guardians from when they first came out, not the most recent.

The devs suck at pricing their events. If you paid and emptied the store, thats how it goes. If you're f2p you get to buy either some growth stuff or a big ticket item.

If they offered less currency for money you wouldn't have emptied the store yet. If they were better with their pacing and packs you wouldn't empty the store till the last week of the event and would be more likely to spend cos of fomo

How do merits in nexus work? I usually got over 7k per besiege, now I only get 767? And killing infected gone from 1k to 200

Points for attacking enemy settlements shouldn't be reduced - or at least there was nowhere any info that they planned or did reduce them.
Thus, the only thing to mind is not attacking your own faction as they don't give point.

If anything.

1. There should be ONLY 1 TIME SLOT TO CHOOSE

2. There should be 2 days of registration WITH checking off players who want to play.
   This would give better matching as per some alliances have players who don't want to play, some alliances carrying dead weight, or a player being absent for a reason like deployed overseas or had a kid or something etc etc. 🤷

3. There shouldn't be an end time to the days fight. (purely example : If it's day 1 and level 1 city can be taken, it should shut down after 1 hour just because) . It should stay open for fighting.

4. Nexus should be more so a weekend event than a weekday event. This would definitely improve the availability of probably the majority of players who play this game.
   If rr and koh had a 1 time slot registration (and brought back Saturday fight day) , it would be very easily doable. Might make for a long weekend but I'd rather have that than during the week. And I'm sure many others would too.
   Even still, if #1 got implemented, it would be easily doable without Saturday RR / KOH fight time

5. The matching system needs reworked. There's 1 alliance nearly 330b I think the other 250b, and 3 others at a combined 40b 😅
   The 3 combined at 40b, shouldn't be in this group. I'm one of those 3 and I feel like I'm just a complete drain on my team. The matching shouldn't be like this. I should be with those 2 other alliances and 9 others similar like us.in a nexus matchup. We shouldn't be with alliances who are 5× or more our combined bp.
   I've done what I could with my people's, but the time slot we got isn't in our favor 😔 it sucks for the strong ones to lose out on the midway and possibly season rewards victory because of the matching system.

But, from rewards and migo perspective much easier. Only downside is if you get knob teammate alliances who try to greed and block you from L4 Cities for badge.

As well as enabling friendly fire in a team play event, I wouldn't mind if there was a declare war on a city so much but fact you can pew pew based is a no no.

Nexus should still be a week long event, two at most, and I also dont get why it's level 6 cities first than 5 as that just seems dumb to me.

There's still so much wrong with Nexus and it's a massive pain to play around other events, but so far, I wouldn't say I enjoy it more, but I do find it much less stressful and a nice change of not being forced into your spawn city for rest of event due to some big ego alliances...

We have nothing to say "here is your other CM to assist with making sure you and players like you have a point of contact for your feedback, bugs, and community needs."

Observation:

After time items sos has sold to players loose battle effectiveness.

Consequence:

Players risk quitting the game because of declining results. Investing in the game can feel pointless with little incentive after a year or two. This leads to players leaving the game and sos losing revenue.

Solution:

Let us recycle certain in game items for cash discounts on new purchases. In game cash could be called something like “sos bucks.” If you wish, make it a benefit for vip’s at say- lvl 11. Sos bucks could only be used toward new purchases in the game. Bucks would have no cash value, their only usage would be counting towards discounts for new purchases. A genuine reward system has the potential to boost player loyalty and retention.

Merely sharing this for suggestions.
