The freebies are mainly Tempest gear farm bases but they have good luck with everything from jungle gems to lucky lotto and ascensions

On only good gear with high Leth or health stats mainly for the right troops types. Ruined so much good gear.
While alt accounts goes straight to tripple leth and decent ascensions. More and more sure that spend bases are slightly nerfed..

Ive ruined incredible Tempest gear with ascensions and reforges so hard it actually nearly drove me mad, was kind of quitting

This is because it isn't actually RNG, not true RNG anyway, and they effectively add weightings to favour lesser high level hits

So not specifically fixed, more manipulated to gear towards lower advantages and in some case predetermined outcomes before the roll is actually complete

But as with everything with FP, they think their player base is stupid

The way it shows the level is a little confusing. The rewards you are looking at are for when you reach the next level. It’s almost like the bar you are filling up is to obtain level 20. Or at least that’s how it seemed to work for me. If you still don’t get the rewards after leveling up again, submit a bug report in game.

Attention everyone - possible dodgey action by devs to make us spend more money! One of the task is to do upgrades in the fair , yet we can only upgrade each building to level 21. See screenshot below that require players to upgrade 60 times. When the final round started there was an error in building uograde too. Could the devs have limited levels of upgrade to make players spend more $$$. If so it it BS and actions are almost fraudulent.

I believe devs decided to reduce the levels the buildings can be leveled last minute hence the error in upgrading yesterday.

As a paying customer i demand an explanation from the devs!!!

Nah, they don't wanna adjust rewards because they don't wanna work on the code. Removing it would have caused problems too, but those are easier for them to reconcile compared to affecting anything actually in the code for those events.

Those events were worked on so early, the people who did them are no longer even working on this title and haven't been for years. If they even still work for the company at all, they've been moved to like three or four different projects since.

Those bunkers weren't coded in sos. Bunkers and ff were castle level 2 and level 5 in their dragon game

ACs were the other castles, level 3,4 and 1

The difference here was they made it weekly. Over there you captured them once and forgot they existed.

1. It's taken years to get standardized timers and event descriptions. I won't hold my breath that this won't continue to be a problem in future releases. The dev team will need to continually ensure compliance.

2. The function to send a rally once full is nice, but when optimizing Fiends and Dreadbeasts, the devs may consider adding shorter launch timers in the event rallies are not filled or are “fake".
   Liannin asks: will the trigger for refresh mechanism rely on a minimum number of fiends and Dreadbeasts being present in the map, or will there be timers which are more accelerated for spawning? Can we know more while the developers are working on this, so we may provide player experience input to ensure Live compliance?

3. There are several bugs in King of the Hill which reduce enjoyment, such as issues with the zoom function, buildings not displaying players within properly (or lack thereof), and frequent lagging. There are a plethora of bug reports and relevant feedbacks which can be collated to give a view for developer regard, while players continue to collect current gameplay experiences as well.
   Nexus is returning, which is nice, but is there information regarding the optimizations so we can ensure it is up to our standards as Chiefs, and ensure compliance with other events and features?

Unsure what the similar feedback is, but I'm curious if it has similarities in terms of latency and stability, or if those similarities only extend so far as rewards and balance.
Alliance Duel recent feedbacks suggest the concern within that event are regarding march times, gameplay, points earnings, and rewards. While some of these cannot be altered without service interruption, there is no reason others cannot, such as marches and timers.

4. Liannin has to agree with Becca here. There are reasons for limiting items in event stores such as the Pearl Store. Mainly financial on the part of the developers, but for the players, certain items act as a status symbol or a milestone achievement, and adding current or recent items of that nature may affect their relevance overall. It's best they just leave those alone as they are, to be achieved (and/or purchased).

5. The issue with Glory and Valor supply crates doesn't need just a march speed update. Since the dev team isn't considering increasing refresh rates, or map quantity, Liannin recommends increasing the amount of marches players can send to them from a single march to a maximum march quantity of four. While this will create a deficit on the map, along with refresh rates, this should reduce the time players are spent marching to those crates and increase their engagement in other areas of the game.

6. Fortress Fight and Horde do give some meaningful rewards for some players, but overall, the rewards themselves need updating. Really, it's the buffs as well as only some of the rewards which are preferred. Because they can't be directly modified, I assume this means the code itself is layered and attempting to update will cause complications as the team who initially developed it is no longer in the company sphere with no retraining options for later members of the dev team.

Is there a solution to retain the preferred rewards and buffs while compromising over which events to remove in order to streamline? Likely not.

7. Red dots are an annoyance only because they notify and reappear sometimes after being cleared. Example: in Collections, sometimes after an update, the temporary skins will regain red dot notifications and players once again need to scroll through in order to clear. We dislike redundant actions as much as the dev team does, and sometimes, we spend time chasing red dot notifications that we can't focus on the game. The addition of “notification" toggles in event screens has helped reduce this somewhat, but refreshed and redundant red dots may persist in other areas of the game. Needs in office testing to seek those instances for a more harmonious player experience.
   Regarding the increase of free rewards, I agree with the decision of the developer team that rewards are earned from milestone achievements, and free rewards are intended to be earned through simply engaging in mechanisms with minimal effort - however, the developers do have too much focus very early in events for spending, which creates a clear line of demarcation between what players can achieve from simply engaging, and what they will need to buy. Needs reconsideration.

Stamina is a problem for players in a large grouping of states, and rather than rebalance the cost, developers may consider increasing the stamina bar itself to hold more stamina and reduce the need to refill while doing daily tasks. Additionally, the developers have somewhat increased biocap earning events, but if the expectation is to utilize biocaps for stamina, developers should consider reducing the cost of biocaps for stamina in order to retain remaining biocaps for the other areas of the game which use them.

For future festivals which use a similar mechanic, rebalance to allow one free daily, so players might meet their 3 scratchcard milestones for each stage by day 3 of the respective stage.

Fair, where I'm from, there's usually a few things different smells could be. Like fish? Could be a specific type of pear tree in bloom.

Anywho, I don't think the fishing thing is innately difficult per se, but I don't think the S-rank appear often enough for players to not become frustrated (and that's even with the buff to improve the odds).
And I've had a few visual things, but usually that happens if I've been doing the Quick Catch for a few minutes straight.

Clearly they want people to feel encouraged to invest in buffs from the store, as well as potentially purchase packs, but if the point of many of those packs is for catching the fish, at least make those fish slightly easier to find so we aren't going biocap broke

It's not gonna make us want to buy biocaps. And in fact, it only compounds the overall biocaps issue within the game affected by their stringent stamina use mechanics, flares, relocs, march speeds, etc.

Players shouldn't be dropping 10-15k biocaps to find a fish when those biocaps need to be used toward things like Value Vouchers, whatever task bar progresses someone might need, and more.

And no this isn't shade to Nanami or Saberlot either, because the CM staff is also notoriously underpaid and under informed. It's insulting how they treat game-side and liaison volunteers and employees.

And don't even get me started on the revolving door of interns and project team members

All to keep costs low and profits high.

Fixing bugs isn't an instant thing. You can't report it and then someone waves a magic wand.
That said, filing a ticket does mean that the issue has been logged. You just may not get the response that it has been resolved or otherwise that you want.

Using the keyword error will bring up another form to submit, but it does note that it's only for collection purposes - which means it could be closed automatically.

Again, that doesn't mean you won't get a response for more information, it just means the initial report was received and submitted.

Things like that only make people more frustrated and less likely to want to even deal with the game because they don't feel like they can be heard when there are significant issues.

There is a CS. It's buried under automation. Google how to bypass ai bots. All of it applies if you work around with the syntax.

They are doing this cuz it's a game of poop, and the burst sewage pipelines all over the place bring too many poo complaints that they do not wanna spend money on.

Players should realise what it means when a company cuts costs on service.

I would provide specific instructions on bypassing the bot but the rats lurking here in the sewage pipes who survive off it are quick to apply fixes for it. So Google the bypasses. All apply

They've got a milestone system now. So if you reach level 30, you'll be able to play from level 15 or so next session for example

You should have seen the Pacific Rim skins event odds, and the reality of how horrible it actually was to get 50x skin frags.

0.25 x 0.25 x 0.25.. Chance that you miss 3 times in a row is 1.5%. If odds are 75% to catch one in one attempt
