Hello Karma, comparing that screenshot to what’s ingame currently - that line very likely translates to “Legendary.” In other words, the requirement would be that one sends 2/2 legendary heroes. That takes into account all legendary heroes, both pre-limitless and limitless, and is a way for those without max completion heroes to be able to now satisfy 5 star solo tasks there. Hi ShadowLord, agreed - I think it definitely shined light on the fact that many unfortunately do not have completed and or a sufficient number of completed heroes to be able to participate in the feature fully. Recently there have some other things (power play etc) that have introduced ways of earning free potions, but there can always be more. For example, adding them to the daily mission reward crates could be pretty easily done, imo. Thanks for mentioning that. I’ll forward it!

To add to all my lovely co-mods I am the in-game lead mod. This is a new warning, customer service is viewing the attacks as bullying, because it was probably excessive attacking. Customer service will not step in unless you are making an unfair experience for other players by constantly attacking an alliance is considered bullying, I would reframe from doing this.

Honestly I don’t know, I am sure this action was taken because customer service received a lot of complaints and after investigating they decided it was bullying

Customer service and mods have different rules on how they handle situations. And we can’t do anything about their mutes as they shouldn’t ours

In any case, it's not something the mods have jurisdiction over.
That's something the actual company employees need to address, because CS is relegated to their territory.
I think there was even a thing maybe a month ago about chat bans and the difference between mod bans and CS bans.
CS is largely automated, as we can see, so if they get complaints, I don't know that they're all investigated or even handled equally. The mods don't know that either, so that's why the CMs have been asked for clarification and been made aware there are present issues with erroneous customer service account bans.

Clearly the calendar correlates with what Saberlot has said in that Drake is meant to be Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday - not daily.

Hello CrimMinD, it seems like berserker (red) style heroes deal the most damage in the Drake Raid event. Given your state has yet to unlock Gen13-18, I would speculate that using the resilience (yellow) Gen12 heroes would be your best bet, since earlier generation heroes do not provide style bonuses. This could be tested for if you have any alts with Gen12 (and say Gen11) heroes, time permitting. Hope that helps!

My concern is that, if this is some sort of established rule:

• What are the guidelines used to judge these instances?
• what happens if the report of attack harassment is found to be false, yet reported players are still punished? Does the player who falsely reported then get the banhammer?
• what's to assure this won't be used to bait players into attacking multiple times, if only to report those players when they do?
• why weren't there any instances of this prior to recently, if such a rule or guidelines regarding attack harassment exists?
• why weren't players first warned that this could happen as a system message, to try and dissuade players from continuing?

If that could also be fed upward to Seniors or CMs, it would be appreciated. We need some clarification, because this is a war game.

It's strange because they release many daily activities which encourage conflict, like the mines, the trucks, the deployments, to then start to say you are attacking someone too much

Devs can make this a permanent feature for sure. And they can even make it configurable. Why only 1h. This needs to be set by players. But they won't do it because the players satisfaction is not a priority. Making more stores and useless currencies has higher priority in the backlog.

No game should ever have a separate area filled with "stuff" that all provides a form of benefit. Sometimes decorations, paid for or not, should just be decorations. The only buff I'd accept would be rss gathering speed increases and even then it should be rare. You don't need to effectively monetise every item in game. Stuff can be just for fun

That’s where it’s gotten so out of hand now, even the gap between spenders is out of control at times…I typically take my time on most upgrades so I’m always “behind” those that are max day 1 types of folks
