I don’t think any of the old tricks for matchmaking work anymore. I honestly haven’t tried them in a while because it never seems to matter. We always get overpowered matchups.

It's not that there's to many events. There are too many time consuming events that don't need to be so time consuming. And events that have unspecified time slots are just wearing down on players after the years.

Players have complained countless times over the years since introducing the multi time slot. But it never changes back 🤬
This causes players to be less engaged in events intentionally or unintentionally.

Behemoth trials (shell shock etc. and other future collaboration style events that are copy paste) need a thing where you can challenge the highest level directly. If you kill it, all rewards unlocked.

So many events have a 5 minute rally minimum. They all Need a a 1 minute option like annihilation awaits. FIEND RALLIES REALLY NEED THIS DANG FEATURE!

The supply rebate boxes that appear after svs, we'll, that's time consuming to snag all 30 because you can only do 1 of each at a time. Plus searching and finding and porting is a bunch of nonsense. It should have just 8 huge boxes (4 glory, 4 valor) to attack like supply rush, and each attack grants you a reward. No crates to have to dig through, just straight rewards like you attack the currently small tiny crate.

Trap has 5 minute rallies. 99% of the rallies are filled in under 60 seconds even with a 2m march cap 🤷 make trap 1-2 minute rallies, and last for 10 minutes. 🤷

Honestly. Just merely the 15 minutes you save from fiend rallies using Travis to try your best to save stamina, the hour(S) spent saved doing Behemoth trials, thats a blessing. Let alone cut trap time in half without sacrificing rewards. (some might hate that cause there's less leeway to show up late 🙈) but it's better for all those who show up on time.

There's literally 24 stamina up. I believe it was when I did the math on a best case scenario intel using Travis 100%

So yes, 1 minute rally would save me personally 16 minutes 🤷

To be honest, if people want/need all these items so badly (and I understand the reasons), they should simply have one "Legacy Store" where content after a certain period shifts too that can be bought for biocaps/alliance coins or whatever. Most people dont' care as such about older incomplete heroes and content except to feel a need to complete.

At present you have old stuff in new places, new stuff that isn't' there that should be, things that are recent which people still need but have been removed. Its all over the place and there are more stores than you can shake a stick at (to coin a phrase)

There are only two CMs work for the discord server, but actually discord is only one minor part of our work. Most of the time, we review the reports from Mods or pm to handle discord issues. 😫 But for every bug report or suggestion, even if the conclusion is only a couple of sentences, it takes a lot of time for we gather the info (sometimes we do have same reports from CS team, and CS team has way bigger team than CM, so they roughly can share more details to dev team via the support system), explain things once dev team has further questions or even find the particular reporter for more details, then Dev team decide how to fix or implement it, and we have to double check with dev team and show them to see our post if we didn't torture their meaning or reply. And sharing info to community is the one last step for that.

Why did they though? No-one asked for it? What was asked for was to fix the performance issues in MM or some tweaks to AD. No-one wanted a completely re-worked and new event that was 100x worse than before. All that effort would have been better served elsewhere, on more pressing issues.

Why not keep just Alliance Duel event, it wasn’t “perfect” but at least alliances could pick their time that most people can participate in it, and its only once per week 1h rather than 1h in a row for 5days, you u know that players are tired of constantly being bombarded with 50events and tasks to do every single day and remove or shorten events times was one of the feedbacks floating around for a long time now

The main problem we had, once the bugs were fixed, was that the matching was terrible for us. We had 2 of the top 10 alliances in our pool and are ranked 99999+. There was never one moment where we had even the slightest chance.

Try doing this in the real world and see what happens! The best option is not looking at compensation but at the game play. Just have the mines back at main map. That’s the easiest fix but if you all insist to move mines to nexus. We will be forced to take action too

Many people just didn't play Nexus at all, Some abstained from it completely after the first two days. That should have been enough not just all the issues to make it apparent that the development team really had no clue. There was nothing "Fun" about the event, from start to finish.

Its quite obvius seeded. I was in a fairly large alliance this round. Got locked in. And the opponent on the other side was HFC. So the fight was between KoB and HFC, the rest was just bases we had to race to burn.
So they were basicly fodder. Im quite sure they would have a more enjoyable experience if the marching was more balanced.

This is the problem with SOS as it moves forward, they constantly try to be more “interesting” by adding or copying and pasting mini events from other games. However, as they add in events, they don’t change it to fall in line with other things that is happening in game. Kinda like trying to put a v8 engine onto a bicycle. So things fall apart faster than you can say abracadabra…. Nexus is just one episode…. By the time it’s fixed, they will change and copy in some other events that screws up the whole game ecosystem again…honestly, it’s tiring

Gen Skip isn't related to matching (as such). Its related to mergers and creating higher density pools of people that will end up at the same level/progress. Within GenSkip states it takes a further 2-3 Gens to catch up, but by that time they can fold them into the 'merge states' pool. Its also why they accelerate new states so much. At some point in the future the state progression (as in the linearity of it all) will sort of align, well that's the theory of it anyway. The bi-product is that it will give a similar field of those to match with, as the decline in players occurs.

It's badly thought out in reality because for each round of GenSkip states, they will mostly be at a disadvantage for a period of time and you're (they're) not actually fixing the longer term issues

Game needs to be adjusted for the progression of a state as a state goes live. That means reward changes really. If state 1500 came up and by the time svs hit it was at a similar point to everything else except less troops they'd be doing well

Problem there is if you give them extra plane stuff, how do you judge when they have "enough" and you should revert it to the same as older states.
