I believe there is also a report mod option if you click on one of the mods comments in chat.

Hey Bunny, to add to what my co-mod said there’s also the option to report a mod in-game via Help&support menu (if you use the secret menu you can make reports under category 7. Report) 😊
In normal menu you can click on “report-> 6. Report a mod”
If you have any questions regarding a system mail that was from customer service they would also be the first person to contact.

Agree , It was frustrating, but that's how game mechanism is... We all reported this issue. Some styles of game play we don't like , and some get changed with players dissatisfaction also.

One question, when developers create a new event, do they think about whether it interferes with events that already exist? Why do they make a new event that coincides with other events on the same day and set the same times? I must choose several options both in NEXUS and for the bunkers and somehow they will coincide.... in short, always thinking about the players

Things need adjusting in general so a big player hitting a smaller one doesn't result in 5 million troops killed and after all that, give us a skill that heals 20% of our hospital once a day so we can play on day 2

Its not so much about being weak, its the principle of:

• Requesting that a game that is centred around war/attack/defence based mechanics to be removed entirely.
• The fact that the moderator in question should have actually dissuaded this feedback, based entirely on the premise of the game (it shows' an inability to manage the player base also)
• That the player in question should have been guided towards the issues that make being attacked an issue e.g. the disparity in defence since the introduction of certain features.

There are other 'process' and 'management' problems at play here that no-one is actually trying to change, so we end up with ridiculous crap being allowed to land on the desks of the development team, and then wonder why we end up with stupid dumb things in game that make no sense (Nexus excluded)

The management and processing of feedback, how its done. The transparency of the end to end, what should and shouldn't be permitted, the fact that there are no guardrails in place for the 'greens', the fact that the moderating team are not moderating as a result of bad practices, poor training and inconsistent direction. And simply the fact that some things are pasted carté blanché without thought or reason or challenge in which it may serve a better direction (which is the entire point of feedback and its submission)

Their matchmaking and how its seeded was always bad, the issue is that Nexus has actually made that 10x more apparent

You dont' all think its actually by accident do you that there are so many matchups now where 1 of the alliances has a 'super whale'. FP deliberately want it this way so that their spenders keep spending and the ego's of said players are massaged because they can wail on smaller alliances without consequence.

There’s little strategy when it comes to widening gap between super whales and weaker opponents

When you are 8 against 21, even if you have a maxed account amongst the 8. Still almost impossible to win. You can barely fill a rally with 8 joiners. Even then he can only take two builidngs with behemoth marches.
In RR, opponent will take all the tanks and remaining buildings. Almost impossible to win with those numbers. That's not game play or tactic, its just basic understanding of the game.

What it says: "Wounded troops from the event can be viewed and healed in advance in your Hospital, but regular speedups items and biocaps cannot be used to speed up the process."

What it means: You take wounded in Nexus, you can see the wounded in Nexus, you can presumably heal the wounded in Nexus. You can't use your normal backpack items to do it, nor can you speed up with biocaps.

What it says: "Event-specific speedup items can be obtained through various means, such as occupying villages."

What it means: You presumably can get Nexus-specific speeds through event benchmarks such as village occupation.

What it says: "Troops trained or lost here do not affect your actual troops count and vice versa."

What it means: You can train troops in the Nexus, and it doesn't affect the amount of troops in the Nexus but does add to your overall troops outside of Nexus. You can lose troops in the Nexus (healing), and that doesn't affect your actual troop counts outside the Nexus - it only deducts from the amount of available troops for fighting in Nexus.

nexus struggle should be evenly matched why put an alliance who is at 50billion bp against 3 other alliances that range between 170-260billion bp, just for the smaller alliances to get beat to a pulp to satisfy the big whale alliances egos because if you dont spend thousands on the game then you will always have this problem so many of the smaller alliances can't even make the points in the migo event because again all the dev's are interested in is catering for the whale alliances. So many players are now at the point of quitting the game because they cannot compete in any of these events which is unfair when so many have worked hard as f2p players to even get to p10 is hard and its unfair on them putting their strength at maybe 800-900m bp against someone who is 15billion bp its wrong get it sorted

Did anybody know if they reported any issues with teleporting and Nexxus? We had our checkpoint, but we were unable to teleport the entire time we were not able to attack and try to take the level five we were unable to go to the level seven city. We could not leave our safe zone and the checkpoint was ours. Due to players are missing out on their migo points their migo badges. Due to the game and not allowing us to port over our checkpoint and leave our safe zone.

our state was very toxic in the last MIGO, attacking mines, even so I could get better mines than in Nexus since our Alliance didn't do so well and we don't have that much territory, without Nexus I could go at lvl 7 and 8, with Nexus I'm going at lvl 5 since there aren't enough mines for all the members of the Alliance, that is... we asked for something simple, more mines or more spots in the mines, and they created something complex and worse than before😬
