I'm in an FP VIP service but it's nothing extraordinary. You don't get diamonds, you get a frame that says "VIP" in it, with no buffs. I also find this frame to be potentially problematic when on display. I've never been asked to speak to devs directly or invited to anything suggesting I'd speak to someone higher up the ladder.

After being in it for 3 months I had to ask where were these rewards they talked about when I was invited, and they had just gotten to the point where they realized players should get a second reward on their birthday.

That being said, I'm not a screaming/complaining diva asking for favors like Diamonds, matches be fixed, and I have no targeted players or alliances to complain about. I also probably don't spend enough, so there's that.

If you're not looking at the overall picture, and only looking at things in smaller views or even as singular events, you're doing exactly what the devs want.
You're less likely to make wise choices, and you'll be more focused on the minutiae than the grand scheme.

2. Cs should not be empowered to close tickets. A closed ticket indicates issue is resolved and the submitter should be the one to decide if ticket is ready to close
3. Cs tickets thats submitter feels is still unresolved should provide means of escalation
4. Cs metrics should not be about how quickly a ticket is responded to - it should not be about closing tickets. It should be about one and done..ticket Placer should not have to resubmit another ticket
5. You should be able to score and provide feedback on your ticket experience

1. Sleeping next to your mine might have 2 intended results. a. Intimidation b. Readiness to get back in once harvesting finishes.

If you have bullies in your state who burn, this might not be the best idea.

2. Tonight I saw a player port to a mine she had 2 spaces occupied in. At around the 4 minute mark she withdraw, attacked again to reset and then ported away. I personally hadn't thought about that but it definitely worked.

I tried it when one of mine was about to become available and still got the rewards, which was a personal concern.

Good point. The difference in a lvl 8 vs lvl 9 lime quarry for example is +82.28/h vs +96.0/h respectively. There is literally no other difference I can discern 😅

Yes, i am one of those who actually pays attention to plot, and telling it using few different sources is a horrible idea.
Not to mention fact that people might not even bother doing Migo or side missions.

you can do a limited number of "efficient" conversions each week at a fixed ratio to new vip points, but if you try and do more, it is a "standard" conversion with a ratio that lowers the more you use it

But then again only few out of ultra skills are truly usefull so you would get 1 usefull skill in like 150th essences :p To do that you would also need to manag to make 150 TA with good rolls and right stats 🤣

After all of that, spending 100k $ and finally getting that near perfect TA set they will upgrade stat rolls values (because it is already confirmed that as state ages tempest arms can roll higher stats) and your perfect set becomes midrange 🤣

Thats why do not bother too much with TA, unless you are a millionaire, and use whatever okayish TA you manage to get.

There is a big divide from power of spenders, i.e. I'm in an alliance where at least 4 of us have spent 30-50k each.. But going against someone who has spent 80k all 4 rallies can bounce..
The divide is too great and it makes people leave the game.

Make double rallies true double rallies to fix the problem..i.e. if we launch 2 rallies with 1.5 mil troops in each, even though they hit at the exact same time, the game treats it as though both battles are fought separately instead of fighting 3mil troops at the same time.

To fix the problem, introduce a double rally feature, 2 leads are chosen and click accept.. Then people can join, for a true double rally.
