Observation:
many events still have old rewards which most us don't need it anymore

Consequence:
most players don't doing those events because that. so game bored and most quit.

Suggested Solution:
update old events
here list..

1. CC capital clash.. add Behemoth frags and Behemoth bios instead badges.

2. horde event.. remove chief gear and add formation system items.

3. showdown store.. remove Cardini frags, and hero gear then add Behemoth items

4. PZ ( plague zone )..
   remove Maddie frags and add new gen capsules ( inf, raider, hunter ) and we could chose 1 we want.

5. Bunkers..remove hero EXP, purple frags, heros frags, hero gear.. and put Behemoth items ( frags and bios), formation system items , vehicles items..

6. improve RR rewards and koth..

7. remove hero badge from intel infected rewards and add potions instead.. ( 10 potions for each infected )

8. SVS store.. add vehicles items and formation system items

I have just skimmed over the tos, and aside from funplus enforcing some of them, and outright ignoring thier own commitments around harrassment, 7.1.15 is only speaking of promotion codes and actual advertising.

Bringing up the existence of another game and telling people about how it manages patching is not covered by that

I mean, I have an issue right now. I would love a formal, official answer on it, but I know its unlikely. I have a player in 1292, he's put in $1500 this month, and after a myriad of problems yesterday, its come to light that he's actually using one of these 'fake' front end spin off to another company clients, and doesn't have the turtles event. He lives in Canada.

So far, I think I've seen at least 5-6 of these, but I'm beginning to question how they are even being permitted in the first place, and what is FPs official position, because from what I currently know those players get pushed way, even though the back end servers, CS etc they use are the same.

I've told him to write off what he's spent, and either not bother playing altogether, or get the official FP client.

By all accounts its SoS, the entire game is specifically the exact same, bar some exceptions in what is and isn't available. But this is either FP officially licensing their product and permitting access, or it truly is fake, and FP have zero way or understanding in applying some logic to the access and identification of clients used to gain access to their servers.

1: Due to the sanctions against content in Russia and Belarus, players in those countries have little options for staying relevant among their peers who are not sanctioned.

• Russian and Belarusian players are left with either using an unsafe method which technically violates international sanctions in some cases at criminal level over a mobile game, but also violates the Terms of Service. Both of which FunPlus has stated in that same ToS that they are not liable for.
• I asked for a statement regarding their options, and guarantees for those players that they would not be held to the terms of service regarding account deletion & use of software to play, due to FunPlus's full knowledge of the sanctions at the start of the event.

2: Yes, FunPlus is a Venture Capital firm first. Meaning they acquire companies, invest in startups, and spread their money (and content) around. They have shell companies on top of shell companies, multiple smaller studios worldwide, and they do copy their own game and ToS across all of them.

• yes, players of at least one game have been told to port their accounts here recently
• yes they have owned Puzala since 2017 or 2018

3: Terms of Service adherence on Discord is more about also adhering to Discords own ToS as well. That sometimes means different volunteer staff will have different views on what adherence looks like, or that the company reserves the right to change or alter the ToS and how it affects this Discord at any time.

• the long running joke is that FunPlus is the only one who doesn't have to adhere to their own Terms of Service.
• yes, they do and have punished service violations, usually at hilariously key times like when someone stops spending and they start sweeping accounts for red flags denoting a BST account or TPS loader.

2. You'll get an in-game special contact tab, but that just points to existing support.
3. The gold is the dedicated mod/support you get here on DC.
4. You'll get a frame but for now it has no buffs, just says VIP.
5. They just recently realized a second reward should be a players birthday.

The dev chats to my knowledge are their standard Zoom form meetings.
The Camo Cafe discussions are held within Broadcast Office, and rely on players first selecting the discussion topic, selecting their feedback type ("other" if it encompasses multiple topics or a general feedback about the discussion topic), then writing a brief feedback (character limited), the feedback type (positive/neutral/negative), and then sending

This is the look of the Camp Cafe discussions in Broadcast Office.
As you can see, I've selected the relevant chat, the topic, written my blurb, selected the type of feedback it is, and sent.
I have not received any comp for this as the topic is still open

After the chat closes and feedback is allegedly read, players with accepted feedback will receive compensation in their game mail

From there, players are allegedly randomly selected to also receive an invitation to a developer chat.
In these invitations, we are told to contact CM Nanami using her Discord handle (sosnanami), and await a response.

Hello Hades, The fact that it takes a lot of power to take one lvl 9 mine it would make sense for the gold essence fragments to be in the rewards every time or at least more often than now.

Observation:
Level 9 lime mines doesn't give gold essence fragments after every gathering.

Consequence:
It takes a lot of power to take over a lvl 9 lime mine and the players are not being rewarded with that in mind.

It looks like it is safe to assume the comics will stay open, by the way it is worded, "Chapters become available on their scheduled release dates." The comics look as though they shouldn't close until the event ends. I believe the milestones will reset between comic releases though.

I can see why some people are in the habit of taking screenshots of almost everything in SOS, and it shouldn't be exclusive to people being rude or bullying.

I'm either tripping (very likely) or the bundles are offering less and less speedups.

The only logical conclusion I can think of is that speedups are now in a lot more stores, so they're actually more accessible.

And before anyone says "well, that's not what I want to spend X coins on", the probability that you're spending those coins on anything useful after an event or store had been open for a bit is extremely low.

If you're playing an event or SOS in general multiple times a day, you're doing every event, your alliance is ranking/winning regularly, then you're cutting through store items as if they weren't even there. Hence the request to have stores refresh more regularly and add more items.

I use Chris (4 star) w max Chukon, Ada (4star) with Donald (general) and Mia (almost max). For my second march I use Robbie, Evelyn and Codi (maxed). Both marches can beat the level 9 mine.

This has been a LONG running issue but every time I've brought up the poor UI and UX in SOS the communities general sentiment, or lack thereof, doesn't inspire me to make a report as I am not sure it will get enough votes.

As such, and with all things needing to be addressed in SOS on an urgency matrix it would probably be placed in the bucket "nice to have, not critical"

Communication is one thing, not having a properly trained UX/UI designer, or worse (we've seen this countless times) not having one at all and having devs do UX/UI is how companies tend to end up with a lot of the UX/UI issues we see in SOS.
