For the alliance feast, can the game make it harder for the R4s to open? We only get 1 chance each week, but yet every R4 thinks it is a solo event so they just open it at random timings. The entire alliance do not get rewards because of these random actions and it is very demoralizing.

I suggest that only R5 can activate the alliance Hall events!
