What they seem to fail to recognise, is that every player starts out as F2P, its about given them a rational reason to spend, and stay. That could be immediately, in 6 months or in a year, but at some point a % of people will spend something. They just have zero concept of how this works seemingly.

It has. Of some very strong players in my state range, multiple have either quit altogether or turned into F2P, like one third (33% real percents) or so.

I think the 5 gen skip combined to the new aircrafts was the last straw. There was high frustration even before with all bugs, RNG, time consumed, etc. But with new features spending has become too ridiculous even if it was not that even before them. And you get killed with earlier states no matter what you do.

Unfortunately,I'd say that this time the matchmaking needed work in general (in my personal opinion) because not only weak alliances lost but strong also. My alliance with 1 maxed was matched against an alliance that had 12 with angelica and selina
For me it needed more fair matching systems for everyone. And we have submitted a lot of feedback about that. We keep pushing all this feedback because we spend all of us as players a lot of time in game and we'd have good fights. not impossible to win fights

It has nothing to do with that. The servers are based in a single Amazon regional zone that actually only tracks back to two gateway addresses. If the inbound gateway doesn't have sufficient bandwidth or the code is written in such a way that it creates excessive threads, its going to create a choke point.

The fact that many people, from many regions are experiencing the same issue clearly shows it has nothing to do with device or location itself of that device.

1900 Doomsday was an absolute mess. Many couldnt connect and even those that could were unable to join rallies. Imagine paying thousands of dollars a week to play a mobile game then not being able to connect or fight during one of the biggest events the game has (The main reason many of us even still play)

How about dev's and KG or Funplus or whoever take the time to fix all the current bugs before releasing any new garbage.

Dumping 5+ gens of heroes on states too in order to make match making with older states? This doesnt account for the 2+ years worth of troops f2p are able to build.

You have 30 minutes like Trap for the Alliance Mine each time you open it. No need to wait for other members, you can take turns rallying, but would be nice to have a full rally each time. There can only be one rally launched at a time, though, which doesn’t make sense. Levels 1-3 have a 24 hour timeframe for alliance gathering. Level 4 is quite strong (at least for us as a small alliance anyway lol) and the cooldown for gathering after that is 1 day and 17ish hours. That’s the current level in my alliance. Good luck. 👍
