Tallie, we have been told and had it expressed that feedback just shows what we want. It doesn't make the devs do anything, and it certainly hasn't actually led to many positive changes which we need as players. Instead, we kept the valentine's roses no one wanted, we have four or five paywalled events, they're foisting yet another collaboration on us, and we have more tactical emotes.
We ask for better development, more balance, slower updates, less expensive packs, stable gameplay, easier to use UI, and everything just gets worse.
So no, feedback isn't working. Top ten isn't working.
We need change. We need to be heard.

I know, and I don't hold it against the mods because you literally can only do so much. Many of you do your best to try and raise up the voices even higher, in some cases even drawing the attention directly to cms and such, but there are some very serious problems in this game and it's clear the company simply doesn't care.
It's disheartening and it's part of why their revenue and player engagement is dropping so hard month by month.

Instead of stacking up more and more stuff to buy, they should be taking those metrics and using them to change things.

OBSERVATION

State of Survival no longer prioritizes players and the enjoyment of gaming together when developing events and features. Features and event costs are too expensive, some are locked behind unfair paywalls, some collaborations have no game relevance to the plot, releases are poorly timed and too fast, updates are too quick, matchmaking is markedly out of balance, game mechanics no longer matter, and the focus seems to be solely on how much money FunPlus can make from players instead of the joy and love of gaming together.

CONSEQUENCE

Players leave, the company suffers continually dropping revenues across all titles developed as such, and has to lay off staff. Additionally, the company will have to make a series of high risk investments into acquisitions which ultimately will not do well due to the shift in gaming from live service subscription models to player ownership and fully fleshed games made by independent and experienced developers. You will literally tank your own company.

SOLUTION

Players want and need:

• Slowed updates
• Rebalanced mechanics
• Regular server maintenance
• Less aesthetic add-ons taking up screen space and using unnecessary resources
• More communications, more information, more engagement
• A stable and easy to use UI, with accessibility options for those who have medical concerns or are differently abled
• A council of players and developer reps who meet regularly to help develop the game in a way which meets both the devs and players needs
• Lower cost packs, more relevant packs, but less of them overall

• Special events such as festivals and milestones to be better planned and implemented
• Take a 3 month world event off to fix all the current bugs, dating back four and a half years
• A better Customer Support experience with a focus on more resolutions versus quantity of closed tickets
• Updated event rewards
• More access to necessary items like limitless potions, frags, CoH, etc
• No strike out discounts or false discounts
• More oversight regarding account security, bans, and false messages of arrears owed
• More site security in regards to FunPlus domains and Diamond Store, as well as related spaces
• Better marketing and advertising with less focus on in harmful and dangerous themes as a method of raising downloads statistics
• Improved duty rate, expanded healing capabilities since one hit can literally kill in this game.
• Ending the clear favoritism for high spending players in regards to offers, game information, and events like migration.
• Improved testing, from QA in house to PTR, as well as lengthened times prior to live deployment to correct any known bugs

Hello: A bunch of players of my alliance in state #863 moved for SvS this Saturday 2/3/2024 to another alliance, after one of our members asked if there will be any impact with Doomsday or the King of the Hill events, the response was that there was not going to be impact in those events, big was our surprise when we moved and DD rewards were given to some of our teammates. I want to know what is gonna happen with us, because we played the battles and the reward should have been received for us.
We have all the proof that we asked about the movement if it was ok, there is not a reward schedule for Doomsday for us to know, we were not advised there was going to be any reward distribution for the costumer service, we waited a bit after reset and rewards wasn't there either, we have sent tickets via In-game, but the response is unsatisfactory, we play those battles, we spend our relocators, bios, buffs, RSS to fight, heal and conquer, we rank first in our group and it is unacceptable that due to misinformation in the game and the support service we are now affected in our reward

Also that survey is super short, but I had trouble answering one of the questions about types of mobile games I play because I have games I play regularly which aren't online at all and don't require multiplayer or micro transactions, and every genre they listed does.

Ah yes, actually, I would like to add some constructive and friendly advice for the new moderators, or for those newer to this area of the discord.
We love that all of you want to help us, and knowing that you are also trying to get solutions and information means a lot. That said, it's important to understand when the room has a more lighthearted sarcasm, versus when we are a little more irritable. Also when discussing things like unpopular releases, sometimes it's helpful to both empathize with us as players (in letting us know how you feel or how something affects you) while also making sure you're doing what you've been trained to do in supporting and gently guiding us.

I hope this is taken with the good intentions it was meant

• F2P only have single ultra decoration since beginning, meanwhile Kraken have a lot of ultra decoration and unlocked many skills from decoration

• Attack/Defense Comparison is huge
  Ex. My Attack/Defense 2000% meanwhile Kraken is 3600%
  Lethality/Health 700-1100% meanwhile Kraken is 2400%

• Synergy Attack (most of krakens have this)

• Behemoths. Average F2P players around 20-30m power meanwhile Kraken have around 190-206m. This part is very huge gap

• Aircraft, most of kraken Unlocked FHS ARK CV-1, meanwhile F2P Plane average around 4,2-5,6m Heli 3-5m, 3rd Gen 1m

• Formation System, F2P have in average lvl 80-150 and all skills still Green/Blue, when Kraken in Gen 9 already lvl 250++ and Gold Skills

• F2P average around P6-P10 and some of them not yet unlocked T11/T12 when kraken already P13 and Fully research T12

• Tanks, F2P mostly have lvl 1 skill Gold Tanks and lvl 3 Purple Tanks, when Kraken already have lvl 4-6 Gold Tanks and lvl 6 Purple Tanks

• Resonate Heroes, most F2P players didnt have lvl 4 Reso, when Kraken already have Angelica and Selina with unlocked skills which is huge comparison

• Collection Skin, F2P in average around lvl 15 when Kraken already at lvl 60++

It says both Gold and Silver Bounty Coins will be automatically recycled at the end of the event. To note - it also says the bullets rollover. Hope that clears it up and helps!

Hi Shirosei, I just took a look at that subevent page and you’re right, essentially every task there is blocked behind a paywall. If memory serves me well, previous iterations of the task list had only 1 top-up task and the rest were F2P-friendly. Hello Michelle, merits earned within Alliance Duel are alliance-bound. If you play the event in another alliance, any merits you earn then and there (along with the subsequent ranking) will take hold as your effective position. If and when you return back to your home alliance, whatever merits you had previously will resume. Hope that makes sense and helps!

The whole thing about the DYZ situation which bothers me, is that they're not even the first to use their money that way. The devs love when alliances or whales do stuff like that, because they know we talk about it and some people can't help but brag, and they know it will annoy and anger the other players.
This creates the villain for whatever reason or event from which they're (devs) hoping to generate income, because suddenly, people are spending just to beat one group of people or one person.
But it's all fake. It's manufactured drama just to profit.
