In my opinion, there is not enough "live action" to stream SoS. No one wants to sit and watch troops marching. The streamer needs a HUGE personality if they're going to make that work as a live stream.

Streaming is another form of entertainment and marketing. Not only does the streamer need to have the equipment to ensure smooth operation, but they need to have the personality to make even the most boring clicky games entertaining. This could mean being sassy, or being an educator in the slower moments, just as two examples.

For SoS, it's difficult because it isn't a visually interesting game. Events which are fast-paced and competitive are weirdly scheduled to the middle of the week when viewership is lower, or on the weekends when it's higher but streams maybe get one hour of action plus post-commentary. Let's be honest, CC isn't interesting enough to stream on a good day, but a Sunday Raid would do okay with good commentary.

The fact that spending has such an impact on the success rate of a player and team makes it even more difficult to engage, because most of the strategy left the building a long time ago. So it's difficult to market an SoS stream as a consistently engaging option, unless the streamer doesn't mind low metrics compared to another title.
Just my viewpoint.

I do think the company intentionally delays texts/informational posts sometimes, or doesn't engage the same conversations across their different medias, because they want to gain a wider pool of opinions and not just rely on what this discord and in-game has to say. But at the same time, many of the same voices are in these spaces, so I think the company should be prioritizing simultaneous information delivery when it comes to their social media and game postings.
Tldr; the company should be making sure the information is all transmitted at the same time for better engagement.

Yeah, I can agree with this assessment. However, overall, it looks to the player as though the company mismanages social media or favors one medium over another, which leads to further mistrust.
As Becca made such a big deal about trust in her last communication, it seems the company wants to focus on being viewed in a more positive manner. If they wish to help set the foundation for rebuilding even a tentative trust, then having all of their informational posts transmitted at the same time is one of many steps they can take.

I've spoken with Saberlot (hey bestie) more than a few times, and have always gotten the impression he wants to do more for us but his hands are tied. Not that I'm excusing the last four years of SoS and SoS Things, but yeah.

There are a lot of things I could accept, if they where visible and transparent though. People like Saberlot and Nanami do themselves a dis-service in how they actually engage with the community

Saberlot is much more visible than Nanami, but it still seems like he's away often, either due to other work for the company or maybe some reticence on his part. With Nanami, I can honestly say that my overall experience hasn't been good where her name is involved, but I have conversed with her and she was very polite and inquisitive. That said, she has also admitted she doesn't check her messages, which leads me to believe she also doesn't attend to the discord space as often as a Community Manager should.
I'm unsure if she's nervous, because our community does tend to hold our CMs to a high standard (deservedly so), or she's involved more in another aspect of their operations elsewhere, but we simply do not see her. Which is terrible because she's who the game tells us to send a direct message to when we get a Dev Chat invitation.

All of this then leads to further tension when we do see them, which makes things worse.

I would challenge the visibility of saberlot, simply because of a) the time spent here when he does appear and b) the distance between those periods and c) the mixed messages he delivers

I even made a specific feedback report on this exact subject. It actually got worse AFTER the report was submitted.

Nanami, I'm sorry to say, really adds zero value. The times she has appeared, the replies are generally limited, or "I dont' know"

If we had more consistent presence and engagement, answering questions and simply chatting with the community, and even holding a crowd-think for game topics, I don't think their reception would be as bad when they have to make the obligatory "this game thing messed up/here's a thing you won't like" post.

Exactly this, the more you are present, the easier it is to close the gap. If you appear once every 10 days, you are going to be inundated with questions, barrages of commentary from unhappy people etc. If you're here daily, several times a day it becomes easier to manage, and you can record and address concerns in priority order.

I mean, even when there are major releases, where are they? Any good CM worth their salt would be present when they are aware of potentially disruptive changes (to smooth the waters)

New battle reports are horrible when playing events like rr, ah, svs or any other time that you need to understand it fast. It's great when you take your time to go find everything in and try understand it more but there is no time for it in the mif3of the fight and all the important information is hidden behind very small buttons and very annoying ui

If you are going to face states that have 2 full limitless marches against your one you will not only think about the newest generation. The limitless heroes are amazingm but they are also a gamechanger. You need them to defend and attack at least. In RR even more... And thats why i must admit that the i like the tokens/and crates we now get for heroes (not the rays on it self, only the crates/tokens)

Trust me when I say, that they have never been interested in doing the right thing and as a player, its almost like you have to prove you are not in the wrong (as the one reporting)

This is only one aspect, and sure it shouldn't even be present in the game which is why they should be using not just a tried and trusted reporting and censor system which scales (not their 'custom' implementation) but also an adequate process that protects players from abuse, harassment, doxxing and other forms of emotional and mental attacks. While this itself isn't acceptable, I've seen and been at the end of much worse.

Other games manage to do it, albeit its not 100% fool proof, but these type of processes should be the rule, not the exception.

Frequency significantly increased, everyday another spender event.. now bounty blast appears again in middle of current festival .... its for 5 days but festival end in 2 days then no more bazar store to use pearls. I don't get the devs logic here expect pushing pushing pushing and money grab.
Additionally to that, price into bounty blast has absolutely no sense for some items. As example march skin cost 4800 gold while you can 5 of them for 1000 pearls in bazar store. There is a problem and miscalculation here

I don't know that releasing a regular hero now, rather than one intended to push to limitless, would be in their best interest, or ours as players really. Maybe I'm just not seeing the whole picture, though.

They could, however, give a second old gen hero the ability in a limitless evolution though.

   Devs : they did that but added set limit on points... like 10k points, if didn't reach 10k points, won't get angelica..

2. when players asked about make free attemps on p2p events and don't make more..
   Devs : they made more p2p events and took out free attemps from 777 event..

3. when players asked give more pearls on events,.
   Devs : they reduction rewards ( pearls), barely could get 300
