On a serious note- with the initial release of tempest arms I thought it might not be THAT bad because it was possible to earn quite a bit from survival royale. Mainly from chests we found during the games.

Now tho it looks like 99% of playerbase will be limited to crafting only 1 legendary tempest arms and getting one from opening the chest every 2 weeks because thats what can be bought from event shop. Rewards got lowered heavily.

2 weeks ago I thought I could slowly gather decent legendary Tempest arms for 3-4 marches in few months time. Today I think it will take me a year just to have legendary tempest arms for 3-4 marches, not to mention them being decent....

This week I think, antidotes stacked atop each other in inventory before. Now you buy slots to be able to use it, and it won't be as effective cuz then lesser rockets to spam on whale in safe house

Now it is 1 antidote per 1 slot

Which is also not that crazy big of a problem because it looks like they heavily reduced amount of antidotes in map

There also seems to be less chests

The events menu is still for left handed people and remains a poor ui experience despite what they said

We've had confirmation from multiple players that over however many days this has been running almost nobody has received a chris frag from a free spin. Not even close to a 37% chance, so whatever is on the free spin for chris frags, its not listed

We think its about the same as 50 frags on an advanced spin

Sadly, as much as I think the feedback system/review mechanism needs improvement (although is already a far better fit than what it was). Its only as good as those that receive, prioritise and action all of this.

In the last 4 years, I can honestly say, there has been only a very small percentage that has made its way into game .If anything FP simply continued to deliver things 'claimed' to be asked for by the gaming community, that actually (and most people were very vocal about) that they didn't. There then still remains all those same things (such as @rose gyrohas repeatedly done), that remain persistently on the table as either problems or quick wins that get ignored

I think you are missing the point of all this.

For a normal gamer, a game is about a contest.

For a specific cadre of spenders, the casino of SoS is about returns on their "investment". Bigger margins of victory justifies the spending. Higher losses on the opponent, less deaths on their side, equals justified and continued spending.

The dopamine drip is thus kept going. You see it as a game involving two sides. The company and certain players do not.

They don't want a game. They don't even want an even game. Crush the opponent, to feel good about the spending demanded by the casino.

And scamplus is happy to deliver.

There is no need for a balance for such customers. Lopsided events, completely one sided tournament finals, these morons feel great about it all

And the bandwagon of cheerleaders living vicariously off the sidelines are all too eager to egg it on thinking they too are living that game

I like the idea but I think that it has pros and cons.
Pros: More chances for everyone to attend the event.
Cons for me: 24h svs used to be fun as someone that had 24h svs/cc in their state. But it was also challenging. Back then the most of the people would not work due to quarantine so they would have more time, but now maybe it'd be an issue since they'd miss the most event.

To be honest, there is a wider issue here and it stems back to the frequency of how states are released. I'm trying to take a more holistic view, and throw some thoughts around about what I'm effectively steering towards. This isn't feedback (mods), just socialising my thinking.

If FP stopped releasing states, locked some states where they are for a period (because of the linear nature of this game), and introduced a manner to incentivise people to join existing states, it would also give them the ability to level out progress. In some way a modicum of players can catch up, there would be (somewhat) less of an imbalance across F2P>Mid>High. What you have now, is more states, and newer states thinning out quicker than they did before (mergers as an example in states <=1 Yr Old)

In turn, this not only widens the pool of players that can be called on, but also does away with the need for this and other events to condense the windows in which they take place, matching against a much larger and varied pool.

Additionally, that means also that people from different territories and regions have the ability to join those in a similar or not far from time zone so, times can be adjusted or even leveraged to be territory specific

Its a little bit more intricate than this, but rather than taking a short term view all the time, FP need to try and look strategically. Sadly, their ability to do anything of any thought seems to pass them by. But that's why people like myself and others in this Industry, do what we do. Luckily, just not for Money+

FP are effectively a victim of their own circumstance.

SVS is fun. The only things i hate during svs is Healing and enlistment. This two things is really annoying every players. Healing is very slow and potent healing research is dysfunction. Enlistment process is slow. Dev need to fix this feature.

Healing is slow because there are not enough players in alliances typically to do so. The quick heal feature also, while great, isn't' as effective. I agree however that the rate at which enlistment and hospitals now get filled vs the % of time it takes to heal has reduced with each update; Time x Quantity has significantly increased. This however, is just another example of in game imbalance.

Unfortunately not everything was done perfectly which ruined the balance. That is the balance of f2p Middle spenders p2w.

But also with the state activity in new and old states. Merged and non merged states have a huge inactivity issue. But the states that have more inactivity, have less of an imbalance across f2p Middle spenders p2w since it's easier/cheaper to get a good ranking in the events. Which can be good for the ranking part but it's difficult for many reasons.

I don't disagree with the F2P>Middle>P2W and its an ongoing issue. But think of it like this, I'm in a state, regardless of age. I have a cap on where I can reach, every player does. While a paid player might get there quicker, F2P would take longer. Its simple math. Less States = Higher Density. High Density = Easier Matching. Easier Matching = Higher Competition. Higher Competition = More Activity. Locking out states, and limiting releases of states allows that to take place.

Not every event has to be stopped, just those where it affects a players ability (or gap if you will) between top and bottom.

The one Player who is complaining has a problem about 1081-1086 being 2 months ahead.

His state is matched against 1082 and they are plasma 8 and have behemoth for weeks now. His state and all other states around those 6 just got plasma 8 and behemoth unlocked.

You're right, they are. I think its their aggressive release schedules driven by their revenue stream which is killing the game also; and as much as I think the DevOps team are lazy, sloppy and inconsistent, they are also driven by other priorities. They are just not the communities or players ones.

Well, this scaling WOULD make Sense if new features were released in states that had enough time to gather materials and have enough plasma and poly to justify those requirements.
