Cumbersome and convoluted! Tempest Arm is another feature that will lose even more players! Few materials, it seems more like a game of chance than a new feature!! Creating "outfits" for each hero is truly ridiculous, dividing the "outfits" into defense and attack is equally frustrating...everything in this game turns into something impossible and unachievable for almost all players!!

Could you also advise on why KG is not slowing down on updates despite @gray dragon stating they will and when the rest of the forced states who was forced to jump to gen 15 unlocking effectively about 24 new heros that would be required to be leveled up with new items which simply aren't given enough to even upgrade 1 hero.

Where's the help to mitigate this forced jump and catch up to states who had these heros naturally and thus longer in general to develop and grow.

In KG eyes or least Becca terms its more "fair" but its anything but that.

Can some MOD report this? Tempest s*** arms gear doesn't give any extra stats 😄 stats are visually the same. Based on fact that I've added legendary gear (both attack and defense to 2 heroes) and can't see difference against other person, infected etc it just doesn't work 😄

I just dislike everything about tempest arms. Starting at the fact that everything is random, so you can craft 1 legendary TA and have godlike stats or craft 50 and have 50 uselles ones, up to how many of TA we actually need to fully arm our heroes 😒

They say they are bridging the gap but with high difficulty of making good tempest arms we will have maybe enough for 1 march only. So if that single march leaves settlement and anyone comes knocking on our doors we will be obliterated even worse than it was up till now 😒

The game is currently a hot mess and we hear so little of you guys….

1. I am glad you all had your National holiday, but while you were gone, a bug on alliance duals appeared, not all players got their troops back… Due to your absence, it seems to be more of an issue, since it took more then a week and still it wasn’t fully solved for ALL players. When will this fully be solved AND how will these players be compensated?
2. The code rain, the one players loved and gotten all excited about, for the first time the PLAYERS were excited and thrilled. Then FP found out this was a mistake and instead of going to the root of the problem, they decide to take it from the backpacks of the players, while doing so, taking a bit more every now and then, this could have been solved by going to the root and leave the players’ backpacks untouched. How are you going to compensate this all?
3. The roll back caused login problems for a lot of players. And since it was right before SvS warfare stage started, people couldn’t login and gotten zeroed or lost their rank. How are these players going to be compensated?
4. Can you please explain why the devs intentionally set back some states over the other?? Why do you privilege states? What did they do (so we can try to do the same)?
5. Rewards throughout the game are outdated, VIP rewards, all stores, most event rewards and special events are just copy paste, When will the rewards and stores be updated?
6. More communication was promised, we currently see no communication… IF there is a message, it is send too late, AFTER updates or roll backs are done. Are you going to improve your communication?
7. Can I request to just tell the truth from now on? Players: “please slow down and fix bugs”. Devs: “We saw your request, and we don’t give a F, stop whining and start spending..”

And I haven’t even added the TA yet

There have been bug after bug for Tempest from PTR, which - of course - never got fixed prior to Live deployment.

This is one of the problems with PTR v Live; nothing tested in PTR is corrected before going Live. While PTR environments will never be equivalent to Live servers, if there are bug reports coming from PTR, they need to be investigated and resolved as much as possible prior to being deployed in Live to reduce the pool of bug reports and better focus any repairs going forward.

3. Simultaneously got heroes gen 13, 14 AND 15!

Groot's state grouping might be one of those "cursed" groupings, which is just unconscionable. There's no reason for it, and it makes those players feel like the worst type of social experiment

In my opinion, PTR exists only to generate interest and gauge whether something is viable as a method of generating revenue. It operates as a pre-test, but server environments don't match Live servers ( for a few reasons), and things are rolled out very quickly to Live without being corrected. Its very rare something from PTR doesn't go Live.

If they had a defined timeline of "PTR testing and feature/event repair" for one month prior to Live deployment, then I would change my opinion, but anything which goes to PTR is generally Live within at least three days. This doesn't give ample time to review reports and generate fixes for issues at all. It just conflates the issue to a larger pool and creates more work for each project team to then go back through the already ample piles of code to find the issue, correct the redundancy, and review further

Plus the small window of time between PTR and Live allows for people to figure out what features and events they have to pay money to work around.

So if I had to guess, and I hope I'm right about this, it looks like they'll prioritize Mergers mid-November, and then do transfers for a time after that with the updated Transfer Point system.

Don't quote me though, but I have about 20/80 chance of being correct these days.

I hope to have our merge groupings released ASAP instead of right before, so people have time to make their arrangements and work together for a more ideal experience.

Y'all know I've been moaning about mergers over transfers for a while, so this was a minor win (in my biased opinion)

There are a ton of your newer states who absolutely need mergers and often get skipped.
Any information the developers can give regarding state groupings, number of states in groupings, mechanics, etc, can only help fine-tune this

Some states need something more like a two state grouping, while others need something far larger in order to make their metric thresholds, so it's important this is done right in order to increase the chances it won't result in more widespread state death

I will say my state could use a merger as well, rather than transfer. Transfers should be viewed more as an individual migration which is optional, while mergers should be viewed as a necessity to keep states somewhat healthy, competitive, and viable for transfers.

Basically started with the first merge, they changed the states hours before the actual merge, and by doing so, they created a mess of an odd number of states in our bracket……

Basically, events that are locked behind a paywall should not show up on events, but just in the bundles section

We as players get it; they need to make money because, above all, this is a business, an industry. But there is benefit to giving a little more than they do, and opening up things more.
Events like Star Ascension and Hidden Treasures should have the potential to allow players to gain their necessary play items in dailies - if even the last daily crate - as dailies are essential and doing so would increase engagement and time in game to do other things.
By allowing necessary items to be gained in event and feature engagement, it allows players of all strata to feel empowered. Not only the smallest, highest spending demographic, to be viewed by other players as coddled.

By keeping some events solely for the spenders, it creates a sense of division and derision for those players, which doesn't actually serve to inspire competition and engagement by others.
It makes people leave. When people leave, those people are not spending money or engaging in game, and it snowballs from there into an avalanche of bad reviews, poor customer satisfaction, and loss of trust/brand loyalty overall.
People don't want to play games from a company which doesn't value its contributors and repeats the same tactics over and over for a decade or more.

I raged that we should be given potions when we opened up 14 since we had no chance to upgrade 13. Their solution was to keep us in bubble for a period and then dump us into the pool. To this day I have never upgraded gen 13 (why waste limited potion on old gen) and skipped gen 14 to just save up for 15. As a result my 2nd and 3rd march is weak until we ever get to gen 16

MIGOs have a length of time between them which can vary between states, mine is usually a couple weeks apart.

Yup. I can't tell people how to play their games, but having done quite a few World Events, they should know to save instead of spending right away. There's usually time to buy in the last week, and the stores generally stay open for a week following
in case people reading didn't know

There have been issues where the store hasn't been accessible in the week after close, but usually players can keep their MIGO building up and access the store from there.

I have a feedback, make a 30 day 5 dollar pass which automatically gives you all of the rewards you would get for doing intel, collecting all 8 energy conversion units, all hero searches, rallying 5 dreadbeasts, doing troop drill, losing once in hero challenges, going into the tactical drill tab once, hitting 5 infected for material shortage, and doing 5 regular position chip treasure quest digs

I used to play another game, where they actually implemented this exact thing. There was a small in game material cost for it, but you could literally claim everything in one button.

If you already did it, then I don't see why you would have gotten the compensation unless the people who received theirs had transferred from a state which didnt do it, or had bugged rewards

As groot said, check with people who didn't transfer. Also, I'm unsure if the rewards were bugged at all for the states who did TE world event, but if they were, then compensation may have been sent to only those players. It could be either instance.

It isn't picking on you, however, if you already had the event and received the correct rewards for your participation at the time.
