Saying that everyone has a problem with this issue no one else I dont think is very accurate. No matter what names you want to call people most of the complaints have less than 50 up votes in a game of millions.

DLMODS are not biased. They help from a neutral position and try to resolve the issue. So I do believe that if a mod breaks a rule, this would be worthwhile.

Just wanted to say the entire issue around the codes was very smooth handled. We could barely notice that you guys broke the game. Only a little over half the players didnt get in so they could shield, and the other guys who got in one hour later then everyone else had a really fair chance of ranking in combat and it did not ruin their migo season at all. But for those few it impacted im assuming you giving 100 percent troops back and perhaps 150-200 glory, right ? Right?

It was extremely unfair and created big imbalance since they were limited redemptions and not all players managed to get them.

I bet they were also bugged in some way and so devs should remove those items from players backpack. While they are at it they may also accidentaly fully clear out some random people packs, like lottery draw. Every day we will have some lucky few who won!

To put it in perspective. Some people lost 2000 hours or so with speedups or 500k bio. It was no targets not burning when I finally got into game yesterday so I had to kill 660k T12 (after 90 percent back) to just get into top 50.
That equals 7000 hours, the same 7000 hours I used in prep.
The same prep i didnt get to push from rank 12 to 10 in ending because game locked out last 15 minuts

So that time and error was crucial

People already had 1.5 billion points when I finally got in

There's a documented history of players who did do that on yt for older active funplus games, 90% of whom got away with it. Google is your friend.

I did 35m points during infected day on prep. So nope, it’s only strategically made so people can spend more.
Same reason why effortless progress was released AFTER prep and AFTER heli material day of Halloween. Releasing it yesterday would have meant people combining 2 events but not today.

Prep Infected day coincided only once with the infected side event, and that was by devs mistake. Never happened again but it was great.

Could you also advise on why KG is not slowing down on updates despite @gray dragon stating they will and when the rest of the forced states who was forced to jump to gen 15 unlocking effectively about 24 new heros that would be required to be leveled up with new items which simply aren't given enough to even upgrade 1 hero.

Where's the help to mitigate this forced jump and catch up to states who had these heros naturally and thus longer in general to develop and grow.

In KG eyes or least Becca terms its more "fair" but its anything but that.

Also also, what about the status of the people who still have lost troops from alliance duels, I'm not personally affected but its unfair on those who are as it impacts them in other events as well

The issue with this is that not everyone knew their numbers before this happened. All they know is what they got and what was taken back. So if some know speeds were taken that were not from the codes, then it is possible that many other are not sure and can't prove it. So svs steals back and cause we can't prove it they win.....as usual.

Moderators are player volunteers who applied and took the role in order to help assist and guide players. They aren't developers, and while they do get compensated with in-game packages, they aren't actual employees of FunPlus or their subsidiaries.

Their powers are limited in that they can do their best to raise the issues to the Community Managers - who are paid employees on the developer side of things and who act as intermediaries - but they can't make the developers listen.

What they can do is keep pushing your voices and problems in hopes they will be heard and solved.

The best thing anyone can do is to write reviews, to never spend a penny in this game and to make sure new players avoid playing SoS - Make them aware of the shady business tactics used by funplus.

That's something the feedback reporting is for, which is why you'll see mods linking to reports or pushing people to file them.

The devs changed the way in which we can report in order to make it less attractive to us. They know we hate the "Observation/Consequences/Solution" thing. Buuuuuut, the amount of upvotes certain issues have do show the devs that certain issues are important to us.
That's how things like Alliance Duels were altered so we could get our troops back from the total death.

Some things the devs just won't do, and they rarely tell the mods or CMs why they won't. But when they will do something, that's because of the mod team helping us push these issues.

Zaneo, they often do express their own frustrations in addition to ours. If you look at the votes on many important issues, you'll often see moderators adding their votes right alongside ours because the problems affect them too.
What you don't see is them pushing issues higher in their limited communications with higher ups such as CMs. What the CMs do with it, the mods don't control. They can only continue to help us push and raise issues further.

It's disgusting!! The developers claim that there was a bug here, but no! They're the ones who screwed up.. so they had no right to take back the rewards. In addition, some players have already used these rewards right away (they didn't lose anything), but players who started storing it in a bag, the rewards must be returned! According to the law, this is theft... a lot of players spent money, time, shared with the codes and you guys took it all away and we have proof. Well, it won't be difficult for us to go and appeal to the prosecutor's office by filing a complaint if we don't get the awards back. In no way am I forcing you to make a choice developers, but I hope you make the right choice and really take care of the players....

FP had a choice here - they could have let people keep what they gained or tried to remove it. By removing it they lost a lot of goodwill and screwed up a lot of players experiences in svs where they couldn’t log in and lost a lot troops and were unable to get event points. A lot of these players,myself included didn’t even know about these free codes but got caught up in the collateral damage from the devs actions.

If they had let people keep the free stuff it would have hardly made any difference to anyone. Those bios would have been spent pretty quickly and whilst some people whine about others getting free stuff it would all have blown over pretty quickly. People might even have enjoyed getting some free stuff and spent a bit of money

I wish the Devs would think through their actions before taking them instead of rushing in and causing such mayhem and bad feelings.

3 issues with your theory.

1. Not all players redeem codes, so this is a very very bad business technique
2. if a player is missing items that didn't redeem codes, they're unable to redeem them to be at unaltered limit.
3. Redeeming the codes, if even possible, to retain what was taken, is very time consuming and tedious and no player should have to be put through this to get items that never should have been taken away.

You misunderstand the role of community manager.

They manage the community to placate it via false promises. Then go back to finding ways to make money.

The interim period between, where bugs crop up, is dealt with by the mod army, while they wait for the updates to hit, which bring a new cycle of issues .

By then the new spending has occurred. And they can decide whether it's serious enough to think of a fix for the simplest/cheapest to fix issue.

Feedback/Suggestion: Stop ripping players off. Stop giving them codes, reversing code rewards and then on top of that stealing stuff from packs purchased as well. Also, would recommend not punishing them when they have said money refunded back to them after you steal their items. I would also suggest to give better resolutions. You are killing your own game, whoever is behind the decision making of doing this or that, maybe they need massive, and extensive retraining - or simply just replaced. I would also suggest to stop banning/suspending/muting/etc players when they call these actions out in-game or in the Discord server. It tells the player base you do not care and that their feedback really doesn't matter. Typing this all out, I already know they will not care, nor will you, Devs. I will most likely end up muted/timed out/kicked/banned or something for speaking out against this treachery you give your player base.

If one doesnt like the game they can stop playing. Many have. Some of my good friends quit. They were not all spenders either. Some just felt they can never keep up. But it is thier choice to quit. Just as it is mine to play. But us game addicts will play some type of game. Its what we do.

maybe they give free items to some players who work with them and max their acc.. so real players will try spend to beat them.. It's a trick to make players spend. present in most games.

If there some codes were available to redem more than once, they can take back that code only.. or if it's about balance, they can send those rewards to all players.. there many ways to fix that but they chosed steal us

I wasnt affected by any of this since I never watch the streamers and didnt get any codes, but I can absolutely understand the feelings many have. Since it was through no fault of your own that you came to recieve the items from the codes, it doesnt seem fair you would be punished for it. I think for me the issue seems 2 fold, those who spent so much time getting those codes and that some evidently had more than just what they recieved removed. I do hope there is some kind of resolution that helps adjust this situation

I have to point out I'm not a lawyer nor any kind fo legal expert at all. I do know that game companies who deal with a virtual product all have in their fine print that the consumer/player does not actually own the items they purchase or are awarded. That would make it impossible to apply the term stealing to any situation. Although thats exactly what it feels like

Most dev's dont want to deliver a poor game - they want unlimited budget and to be creative - they dont have alot of power in big companies like this -they are a cog in the wheel doing what they are told. They work of the story boards given to them. Seems to be a smaller and smaller budget each year to deal with pre-existing issues, bugs, etc.. and those given priority are the ones that impact revenue only. Been 4 + years -- nothing has changed except worse lol

There is only bug report form that works for me. There are zero forms available to submit for direct help for me. Tell me a sequence in game to find a real help form to get things sorted out at the player level.

Within the customer service in game interface send some random characters several times in the search bar at the bottom of the screen, then choose option 3 then option 5 to get a form where you can submit your details.

They do this at the worst possible time, clearly showing they don’t care about their own game and their own events….

I've said it before transfer and mergers don't work. They need to incentivise players to join older states by providing the ability to join at an equivalent average level. But they won't do it because they can get revenue from them just joining a new state; sadly they have very little vision or ability to see the bigger picture

The game is currently a hot mess and we hear so little of you guys (basically nothing)….

1. I am glad you all had your National holiday, but while you were gone, a bug on alliance duals appeared, not all players got their troops back… Due to your absence, it seems to be more of an issue, since it took more then a week and still it wasn’t fully solved for ALL players. When will this fully be solved AND how will these players be compensated?

2. The code rain, the one players loved and gotten all excited about, for the first time the PLAYERS were excited and thrilled. Then FP found out this was a mistake and instead of going to the root of the problem, they decide to take it from the backpacks of the players, while doing so, taking a bit more every now and then, this could have been solved by going to the root and leave the players’ backpacks untouched. How are you going to compensate this all?

3. The roll back caused login problems for a lot of players. And since it was right before SvS warfare stage started, people couldn’t login and gotten zeroed or lost their rank. How are these players going to be compensated?

4. Still we haven’t heard ANYTHING about the special states, are the special states going to be compensated in a way they become regular compared to their (new) matching pool??

5. More communication was promised, we currently see no communication… IF there is a message, it is send too late, AFTER updates or roll backs are done. Are you going to improve your communication?
