Meant to comment on TD too - all ive been getting are command manuals (already maxed) and airplane upgrades over and over (anyone still doing airplane upgrades in old states will be using the new versions from the weekly store which dont count for tasks of course), no sign of behemoth tasks - frags or batteries - in months, confirmed by others in my alliance too. I do however still get the golden fists (1 of each) and hero gear upgrades at least but its like its stuck on some loop…

Feedback: delete alliance duel event from the game. Nobody likes it, it's terrible event, poorly implemented(being nice with this one) bad rewards and overall a waste of time.

Follow that by consolidating the rest of the events so one doesn't need 2-3hrs every day to do random stuff. Throwdown, showdown, trap, daily conversion,, daily summon, daily plasma, daily hero challenge, daily monkey, monkey rallies, plane daily tickets, whatever random event is running. There are so many events the events window has to be scrolled down and they are hard to even find.

Having to do it weekly is!
No one here likes having to enter into CC/SvS with their hospitals already full, and have to start off healing right away as we do this the entire event already. (Depending on where you are in the world, it could be 2am to 6 am start times for CC/SvS)
Alliance Duels should run opposite weeks of CC/SvS, and not weekly.

Before the change, If you upgrade the hero to general before certain points in the blue (last node) and purple brain the game gave back the frags. This was extremely helpful when it came to upgrading the skills as it was 1200 frags. You could also just upgrade the brain and the game auto upgraded the hero rank but you didn’t receive any frags once you reached those key points.

Now you don’t have that option and is inline with gen 7-12

We have read the event and made a strategy to maximize out points according to that, not knowing you'll return the dead troops, completely at our own risk and playstyle. • Why didn’t I have settlement attack stats ?

There is way more now... All new extremely expensive decorations give extra skills, stuff like "your infantry takes 20% less dmg for first 4 turns" etc . Might seem like not much but combine 30 of small skills like that and soon whales will burn mid spenders with 0 losses

I have asked this before: what is the use of Alliance Duel?? Never got an answer. The players only complain….and we are still having the event. Unbubbled are zeroed (ok now lose 10%, still a lot for F2P), lose the rss….aka making it possible for P10 bullies to react out of their real life issues on unbubbled P5’s….because no limit as in SvS.
This event has not been thought over well, hell, this event has not been thought over at all. So REMOVE it…..it will make people quit, losing 10% every week!
Give all alliance members bubbles and the ones that want to play can do so and pop it.

And then there is this…..hoping people will come back: returning players and now “Bring ‘em Back”…..telling the returning player to buy bundles….

Alliance duels should probably have the task changed to "participate in alliance duels" thats what king of the hill has. Participation would mean reinforcement of a tower or control center, or attacking/ rallying same.

Anyone can do this and anyone being able to join in and play is an important part of a game. When you prevent people playing they stop wanting to.

Three weeks of alliance duel, 3 weeks of garbage. The first week we could not get a match even though we completed all requirements so no merits for MIGO. The second week we matched but the opponent didn’t show up(?) idk, it’s not like there was any notification or anything. We couldn’t garrison our towers and couldn’t port to the other alliance territory, so got zero merits again. This week was a repeat of last week. Fix this rubbish event, how are players supposed to earn MIGO points in events they have no control over? 🤷‍♀️

Nothing about gaining old stuff hurts the game. Whales and spenders got the benefit earlier. They were able to win events and progress faster. Thats what the money in games is normally for. TOPIC 5: TESTING & DEPLOYMENT

1. There is no proper testing environment which more closely resembles live server conditions.
   Consequence: players in test servers have reduced in number, due to multiple poorly functioning and developed testing environments.
   Solution: redesign player testing servers to more closely resemble Live server conditions in a smaller scale.

2. Features like Behemoth, Aircraft, New Heroes, etc, are pushed out without adequate testing and time despite feedback from PTR 1 & 2 servers.
   Consequence: Players in Live servers are receiving the same broken features and events as PTR with no resolution or fixes, which affects 1200+ states and causes "game-breaking" instances leading to an unsatisfactory game experience
   Solution: Lengthen the time these things are in testing servers, work closely with those players and the project teams to resolve some issues, and then project teams are freed up to address other issues which are affected by Live Server deployment across all states.

Changes to the game that aren't bug fixes need to be part of a normal update schedule. This allows for proper comms and process

I was building up old frag for old hero to use in Troll squad. Thanks to buncker event also. But since the upgrade to limitless I cannot use them anymore in Troll squad. Anyone have an idea ? In Buncker event I believe they should stop distributing old hero frag but the limitless version. Also all old frag in our backpack should be automatically replaced by the same limitless version . Hi mayo, please don’t apologise for bad English, because it was great and understandable perfectly. We understand it can be difficult for non-native speakers.

Fragments are still helpful for points in events but for most older heroes it’s near impossible to use them unless you’re in purple brain. You’re right we should have an exchange option at the very least on top of updated rewards from fragments to capsules because of troll squad.

Fragments to capsules should also be a 1:1 upgrade. Capsules are just as important from an upgrade perspective as frags were. The only way you get to change that ratio is if a gold frag, or normal frag upgrades less of a skill than a capsule does. And of course if troll squad was 1:1 as well.

Unfortunately, Cyan, mod protocols do involve ensuring you're being validated but in a manner consistent with the specific channel. In this case, "we're players like you, I understand your frustrations, I can help you assemble feedback" and posting direct links for upvoting.
That doesn't mean they don't understand your frustrations, as we all do, but it does mean it becomes a sort of chorus players become tired of hearing.
The reason we get tired of hearing we're understood, is because we all know that while the mods understand and most times agree with us, it rarely goes further than that. Not because it isn't being fed back, but because the developers have a very different set of ideals and goals.

It's the disconnection between our player-side moderators and the developers.

I have no doubt we are being heard and understood by our mod team. That's not in question, personally.
