They will still have to post feedbacks regardless of the content, but perhaps gently educating players about the disparities would help create understanding and unity.

The devs implemented the feedback reports as they are in order to make it less desirable to send it in. The structure means that we're doing the job of their QA in identifying problems, but also doubling the feedback they get from PTRs 1&2.
It's conflated, it's irritating, but it's what we have.

no thought about the migo points linked to AH though and the fact that not everyone will be able to do it later, what about the rewards for completing it,?

so thats not only SvS where people could have lost migo points because the event didnt work properly from the beginning, but now they postpone/cancel AH costing more points. which means those states who missed out on a migo and the mini migo will not be able to get things like CoH etc or get the skins they missed out on, unless the cost will be drastically reduced when they appear in the skin store

maybe a <@&555639728632758272> can explain how these states will be on an equal footing,.
While they are at it explain why things like the story missions havent been put into the game, which also disadvantages those who dont pay through the nose to grow characters

Stuff happens, failures occur, but an organisation is measured on how it responds as much as what has occurred and the frequency.
Players lost hats, badges, and research speeds from the event. They lost points in migo. The compensation should reflect this.

There goes my feedback/suggestion: Please stop compensating players with useless things, you've made a joke out of yourselves. Players sometimes lose hundreds $ worth of items (including the possible rank rewards lost due to event bugs) as a result of bugs and system glitches and they get tomatoes and maps in return. This results in resentment and in some cases (when the losses are high and compensation is ridiculous) people quit because of this. Instead of sending 100 biocaps, maps and/or tomatoes compensate players with diamonds. Amount of lost items can be calculated as diamonds so this way people can actually reclaim their lost items and blanket compensations will allow f2p to access some p2w features by collecting the said diamonds.

If it was the isp we'd have lost connection completely OR people would have been running at an abysmal speed. Isp only affects how fast/if the traffic moves. The fact that ah opened at all and that most other bits of the game were still working at the time doesn't really point at an isp issue
