A good start would be stopping to chase players away. We were somehow matched with one of the strongest alliances in game yesterday and Sir Carls solo can more or less burn anything.
100 percent some of those players will be quitting. Wouldnt it be easier to make the game playable so people dont quit and we dont have to trick em back 🤷?

I mean I love your game and the people I play with but I truly wish you hit rock bottom soon just so the plug gets pulled and a couple heads roll

I think this is a management issue. People with no clue on programming just spin ideas to create fast money. Do expensive stuff for whales, I mean Angie is a blast. And I was fine with it in case all that stuff wasn’t that buggy and rewards would have a better relation to the time and money spent 😒

Observation:
As most of players put all their decorations on the island without taking the time to arrange said decorations, most islands look like my grandparents attic. The problem is, islands are crowded and to upgrade a decoration we still have to click on it first, which is complicated with so many different statues.

Consequence: players lose a huge amount of time trying to upgrade their statues. Time they need to play especially with all the events currently ongoing. That is frustrating.

Solution:
Allow players to upgrade their decorations via the build tab, that is already existing. It would be faster, easier and would ensure no one misses an upgrade they might actually need.

The company gets its clicks, gets its temporary rise in traffic and revenue, and the problems only get worse.

We get nothing for bringing people back for the company, they only benefit off us. And this will only continue as long as people keep contributing to these stupid contests and events.

The company should do their own dirty work and fix the game as we have been saying for four years, so we have a reason to bring people back. You'd think a developer/publisher with such a penchant for tooting its own horn such as FunPlus does would realize their players have less of a reason to log into their titles every day (even when released under a shell like FrontLine), and would seek to rectify that through their so-called innovation.

1 . Current taps are becoming inadequate for the need of T12 troops. As it stands one tap is worth five minutes and 20 twenty seconds.
2 . The maximum capacity of reinforcement is 839k while maximum rally attacking the settlement maybe 1.8m.

Consequence: The consequence of the current assembly point lvl 30 is:
1 . That it is helpful on T10 (HQ30) but not efficient to heal T 12 troops on downtime in between events.

Suggested solution: Player suggests, allowing the upgrade of the assembly point from level 30 to level 43, this would allow for time duration Per tap as opposed to the current 5:20 we have now, and more reinforcement capacity for defending our friends at least equal or close to the maximum rally capacity.

You can add many types of rewards, each will be better than what we have now. Plasma/Poly/Crystals/Medal Certificates/Behemoth parts. I don’t know if this is where I am supposed to put this, but I am disappointed that SoS seems to be transitioning strictly to P2P/P2W. In the past month I have spent quite a bit in game just to participate in events. I recently started in a new state and no gift codes worked, not even the “2023” ones. Only 3500 people even finished the state Intel due to states opening to fast. In the last week alone I have seen and talked with dozens of long term players that spend thousands that are permanently leaving the game because even spending thousands for growth and then still not being able to fully participate in events without dropping more money is ridiculous and causing extremely unbalanced states.

My suggestions to keep big spenders in the game and make the game more enjoyable for all are:

1. Make more events complete-able for free players.
2. Wait to open a new state till the previous state has 10,000 level 7 HQs, even if they failed the first state Intel.
3. BONUS SUGGESTION: Please add changing your name and operating chat features to the tutorial survivors are the first to leave the state.

Anyway thank you for listening I used to love this game and can easily say it is heartbreaking to see this game turn into what it is now. I would not recommend my friends play this game anymore and I hope to see updates be made that actually make it worth playing.

Reading back on discussion, you are probably right. It is a bit confusing as in other events we have auto clear like aircraft missions, but in others don't. It is worth a feedback on this.

There are ways to skate by trails until you make it to level 8 or 9! I personally like using the high voltage artillery and then using the fast firing guns to eliminate infected in the way to make staying alive easier. But if you want things that can kill a lot and give loads of gems to rank up your equipment and buffs easier, I would suggest using alloy fangs and the alloy scimitar and standing in one of the four corners to fend off infected. You also have a buff that helps increase attack range of these two items so that could help you fly through!

Usually i reset 1st-4th level a lot. To preserve health. Then i nuke lvl 2. At lvl 3 it's usually a hit or miss. 4th lvl must get radar before having to hit infected.
