Their whole buisness model is milking those few top TOP spenders. By doing that they keep on loosing all mid/low spenders because they start noticing that to make a difference you need not 10$ here and there but few thousand monthly minimum. It kinda works for now but then whenever one of those top TOP spenders quit their revenue will see a really huge hit with no hope of recovery since amount of people willing to spend that much is extremely limited

Intel should give rewards relevant to where the state is at. All those could be instead something we need, aircraft parts, behemoth materials, limitless potions, limitless capsules...

Instead of introducing new events noone wants (time in a day is limited....) revisit all old content and upgrade it to new standards...

Woke up yo compensation from the Mm fiasco. And while I will admit it’s better than normal, it isn’t anything near what we lost. We missed out on the daily rewards for 2 days, are starting behind for day 3, were set back 9600 points from day one, had a 30 minute delay on day 2 due to needing to control the r1 and r2 still first through no fault of our own, meaning it was impossible to get a r3, and even more impossible to go for the r4, meaning that we cannot possibly be in the running for 1st place for the week or the top level for place 2-4 rewards, will be lucky for any with the glitch to move out of the bottom tier.

I am more than happy to sit down with a pen and paper to do the math for the correct rewards we need to be compensated for by the devs, but that just would be too easy. This is ridiculous.

Carol, not only do Duels not even follow their own written rules, they present a very serious threat to the game the developers didn't consider. We can post all the feedback reports and upvote them often, but the devs really need to be issuing communication quickly about this as well.

Alliance duel will make a lot of people quit, 100% sure of that. It surely is not fun seeing nearly all your troops dead. Besides obvious downside of having no troops it is also crippling player for few nearest months, making him loose ability to do basic events like trap, mm, rr....

And while a small subset of players might feel okay with spending to heal and train, most of us don't feel that should be necessary. If they had actually taken the time to fiddle with the event more and do it right, people wouldn't hate it quite so much.
The MIGO points are already insulting, but add to that the pressure to spend in order to do a basic game function (healing/training) in time for just state events alone is going to drive people away from the title and company entirely.

What grinds my gears is that the devs knew about the issues because of PTR and didn't even have anything ready for when the event, predictably, messed with Live servers.
While PTR conditions don't match Live, there were enough indications the problems experienced in PTR would be exponentially worse in Live that they could have been prepared.

Yesterday one of the Alliances in my state had a match with another one with 50B Bp higher, this Alliance in my state has one of the strongest guys in the state and even so it was a slaughter, 20 colonies burning, this is very mean, the game has to be fun for everyone, and the less people play the more boring it gets, because nobody keeps playing this game that is far from being one of the best because they really like the game, our connection after 3 years is more with the people who play, and the more people stop less incentive to play we have

One Guy of other Alliance opened a rally in my colony yesterday while we were fighting in his state against other Alliance, so yes, you can attack other Alliances

Alliance duel could be maybe not great event but at least not hated that much with few changes.

-Add rewards for participating in it similiar to svs war stage
-Make it actual fight for buildings. Stop the slaughterfest, forbid all settlement/tiles attacks. They can already do those in SvS and that should be enough.
-Change scoring structure. Make it give points for occupying the building, not only wounded/dead. On top of that it should be giving nice points for that. Person sitting in tower for 10 mins should be able to easily clear all migo tasks just by that alone.
-Wounded rate of troops when fighting for buildings was lowered way too much, it needs to be higher to give points. I am fine with some of my troops dying in the event if it is by my choice. If my hospital is nearly full and I still send in troops to attack/defend buildings then I am aware that I may have some losses

State mergers have been exchanged for transfers, which generate more revenue for the company. I am, however, trying very hard to get some sort of Emergency Merger protocols in place for states at certain minimum thresholds for daily/event activity, spending, etc, so that there can still be some vitality left. I don't want to see dead states.

A big bug bear of mine this week has been stuff disappearing from the path of water shop. The stuff that was left is useless to my state. My state is 200s with just gold generic shards, purple search marches and speedups left in the shop. No point in using tickets on those things 2 of the 3 give no points in events.

This is a pretty big slap in the face to free to play players.

Yup, when this shop first appeared I was pleasantly surprised how much nice stuff was in there. Then in one of the patches they removed most of it and did not even inform players aboit it... Same with formation level 250 rewards nerf, it just kinda happened, no mention of it in any notices released...

Another thing is half baked events being put into the live server. Ptr is widely under utilised. You may get 48hrs if your lucky to test events before going live. 2 years ago you got a lot longer in the ptr to test. A lot of event issues would be solved if time was taken to properly test in ptr then test a small subject group in live server before going live accross all states.

Adding this to my Comms topic notes! This is a personal gripe of mine in particular but I'm glad to see it's being raised so much.

Regarding Comms, I'm a big supporter of transparency, even if the truth hurts. Good or bad, I want players to be informed when things are changed.
They also poorly inform their own game team (moderators) so when issues do arise, their attention is not placed into helping the community here as they want to, it's instead having to track down answers.
And why aren't we hearing more from their paid employees? I understand the community at large can sometimes get a little rabid when we're angry, but it's because we're passionate and the issues being addressed are of importance. When we're given token answers and vague responses, it feels like another ploy to just quiet us without taking accountability.

To me, it illustrates a company solely focused on pulling the wool over the community's collective eyes, as well as a company who doesn't have adequate staffing.

And don't even get me started on Customer Service. That's a joke and a punchline in one shot.

Another thing is the over saturation of new heros, behemoths, planes, new plasma hq levels, new troops tiers etc. A lot of player burn out would be stopped if they slowed down on the implementation of new items like I mentioned above. If this was slowed down then a lot of events being added all at once would also slow down.

Now I know that this is a business that makes money but if you price things correctly then you could make a lot of money from small players paying small amounts than a few players maxing everything out.

Certain events like migo should be planned out 3 seasons in advance giving proper testing time to new events involved in migo to be properly tested in the ptr server.

Original azurtane heist was tested in the ptr before small sample live server testing. The feed back from this made it from 1 hour to 30 mins before roll out to the whole live server. Even then the roll out was not instantly it went back to ptr .

Point should be given when occupying our alliance building ( defence) and the other alliance ( attack) : some players are assign to do a certain job ( strategy) and receive no merit point for that ! If whales just kept jumping ship to new states then why does older states still have a large power imbalance. Now the ones that keep jumping states are the ones that need the ego boost of zeroing whole alliances to feel better about themselves and in so doing so kill the state that they jumped to before moving onto the next target. But the first few gens of heros don't have anything major item wise like behemoth, planes coming out so on a comparison less money is spent. And guess what they move on again.

The company likes to see the metrics for player support like that, so even though it's like rolling a boulder up a mountain side, it does help other people in the same position.

I often find your commentary to be thoughtful from an alternative perspective, as well as cheeky and a bit spicy. Sometimes reading what you have to say sparks ideas for me, or offers viewpoints I may not have considered.

It's a fact that there are those who play games like this to compensate for perceived shortcomings IRL, just like there are those who are amazing people and don't act unethically while spending high amounts.
Many of us know this, and have even stated it quite a few times (particularly in regards to Alliance Duels and how some strong players are choosing to put others first).

It's not black and white here; there is a huge grey area which allows for people to be strong players, high spenders, and kind people who don't contribute to abusive gameplay and tactics.

No. 10 stabilizers to activate it. After activation you need 10 upgrades to max. On ptr2 I had 20 stabilizers, but reached only lvl 4.

And don’t forget the biobatteries you also need

Thank you, it's not a bug so I will post here...I am having problems with my personal throwdown tasks. More than half of them are either aircraft parts or hero appointment parts. Annoyingly, a lot are bundles tasks, and hardly any troop power tasks. For example, over the past 3 days, I have had 2 troop power tasks and 20 bundles tasks out of a total of 140 personal tasks. Even then, the troop power tasks were only 30k, not the usual 60k or 120k. This is only happening with my main, my smaller accounts are getting lots of troop power personal tasks.
