Honestly the devs won’t listen with how much people are still paying for this game. Alliance duels from what I read of the description should be like a mini cc between two alliances. It’s sad to see that people are being zeroed. Will never understand the enjoyment someone gets out of zeroing someone else, but many look at this game as a war game.

Alliance duel would maybe be decent if there was no permament loss.

Reason being that game is way different that it was in low plasma no behemoth era when even whales needed rallies to burn settlements. Now it is 1 attack and bam, 6months of troop training gone. Another attack, bam, 1.5year worth of troops gone.

With CC most states have rules no attacking on grey area around cap or offer some protection this event offers none not even a free 24 hour shield ,I say 24 hours cause after the truce counter the person can be working or in classes or whatever, they are not giving players a way to properly secure themselves

If they want events with permament loss of troops then then first change battle engine. It is not normal that 250k troops attack on 6mln and win, no matter the stat difference. Even if that 6mln troops had 1/5th of their damage/defence they should decimate the attackers

I really found it strange that I was so low level in that Dice event while others were on level 8 after mich of my dailies I was on 3 or 4 but then I got a comp and was on 8 but those on 8 got the same comp so no bug means yay player

I agree they could have offered a free shield, but they did warn of troop loss and they did say you could bubble and participate in event though too. Not condoning the release of this event though. Sounded fun and honestly I think that some alliances actually ruined it more for others than the devs did.

This event is a total fail, just a slaughterfest because no alliance will willingly declare war on someone stronger than them or with comparable power. So it just ends up with defending side always being slaughtered

I showed my friend this yesterday all these alarms are sos related there is only one I use for real life which is 5 am to wake up in a week day . An 8 hour shield and time zones and responsibilities is not enough and caps are to scarce to pop a 24 hour bubble for this event. A free 24 hour bubble is needed . Many ppl can't run away from RL for a shield

I thought it was a mini cc with more emphasis on the towers and command center. Which has potential of being a fun event, but with no troop killing points limit. It can become a slaughter fest like many described. The devs limited our points we can gain on certain tasks in SOTF this last round, but can’t do the same with this event. Kind of crazy.

Alliance duels would have been ok, but then tying it to Migo rankings, worst possible idea/implementation. That bit needs removing immediately. Insect Migo was using escort missions for the featured rankings on the PTR, and was changed on live, possibly because escort missions weren't popular/working properly on time, but this is not a fix at all

So the migo merit is quite funny for alliance duel.
You sit and fight at the tower for an hour and get 15k points.

Actually 99,9 % if you got burned before first rescue stage

If you have 10 mln dead troops you can heal 9 mln at first stage. At the second stage you have 1 mln dead troops and can heal 900k troops. At the third stage you have 100k dead troops and can heal 90k. That means only 10k from 10mln will die = 99,9% rescue ratio

But only when someone burn you before first rescue stage ^

That's the trick for SvS

The idea itslef with Alliance duel thing is bad and mostly because there was no info provided that to get most points you need to attack towns. If we like it or not if would have been specified how it works everyne was supposed to know how to prepare
When we know is KE we have option to bubble = get no points or dont bubble and kill and get points. But we have a n intel and decision is taken by ourselves

With Alliance duels basically all people that had duels were thrown in a cage and they wore forced to take a fast decision: do I zero or do I not zero

Feedback: this alliance duel is so stupid. In order to rank in MIGO you have to attack settlements, if you attack settlements you lose your troops! I lost a ton of troops and a ton of wounded just to get a crap rank in MIGO. The points received in the actual tower fight are crap! Ya think maybe this should be reversed.....I think yes! So can they reduce settlement attack points and increase tower battle!

My feedback - alliance duel is dumb event, alliance that we chose decided not to defend buildings, i.e. no merit points for both sides unless we kill their settlements - which sounds not great, besides match gave us time that fall to our truce set time, the time when most our players werent expecting it and were peacefully sleeping a means most of them didnt do the event and got no points in migo…. Its a total bs.

Alliance duel is flawed in variety of ways. Starting from matchmaking, or rather lack of it, because letting alliances pick opponents themselves is surefire way to having 0 even games. Up to the way you earn points- this event encourages to attack settlements! Why earn peanuts by sitting in a special event building if you can just slaughter 3 settlements and get 20 times as much points?

All of it combined end up with whales burning whole alliances to the ground because they can afford it with their small troop loss and have a reason to do it (trying to rank 1 in featured migo rank)......

It is The Purge, and the devs did it on purpose.
