Yes, we have had that on bug bot time to time but as it seems its not effecting for all, its important that you report it from the account bug is effecting.

For that bug report on bot we have not got update from player, if its fixed or not to them.

If we get the update that player who reports the bug has got it fixed we usually remove the bug from the list.

Yes its bug that has annoyed many, but as its not wildly spread, it means there is some problem in these specific accounts, so can be that any general patch update cant fix it.
Thats why reporting is important at least in-game.

We always apriciate if report gets to discord as well tho.

Its game related most likely yes, but its not effecting all, just some of players.

So just like if you have problem with water heater at home, you report it to maintenace, i recommend to report this bug to Help&Support, because if they make fixes directly to accounts, it may take long time before you get rid of the bug if not reported🤗

I know its not always (well all the time) fun with Help&Support and their answers.
Haven't met any player who enjoys communicating with CS, but as its only way to report, we cant get too far without going there first.

You would need to do that in game for the best chance of it being addressed. You would go to your chief profile, the settings button, help and support, help and support again, then click on the middle tab that says bug report. Itll take you to a tab that will start the process.

If you have screenshots of your old morale and then the new one, that would be best to show for the report.

You can also use balanced which and then adjust some members yourself ... That is what they do in my alliance. They do use balanced and then add 1 very strong player in each A and some little adjustement

Hi Burt, there are 3 rounds with 2 different matches. A group match and a qualifying match. I believe hero badges are received after the qualifying match, if you participate in it, which is also the match you can place bets on.

When you get the black screen click your phone's back button. That cancels the black screen for me and unlocks all the events and everything every single time I restart the game. Do it via treasure hunt or Dino event

Game fix ( work for all versions)

1. go to wilderness but stay close to our bases
2. do the hot button dog dig
3. all buttons disappear, but bases are visible
4. enter someone's base
5. go back to wilderness

just verifed this works for apple, android, and pc
