To add to what Flame and Dwight have already mentioned l... Is there a chance that your hero is assigned as an astronaut? Right now, the system does not allow you to assign a hero who has a connection with the resonating hero, but is it possible that this was somehow done earlier?

Also, as possible solution, remove hero from hero training and try to link resonating hero to non-limited heroes (it may take several trying), it once helped someone with a similar problem...
And finally, if none of what was mentioned helped, please open a ticket to CS, there is a special section for a similar issue

And tbh it's something the devs actually listened to.
Many complained about the " worthless " tower crate. They give a statue crate. Still not good.
I think there are 3 different versions of JG now, all with different rewards but somehow people are always complaining

afaik they changed the tower crate from 30-36 to a statue crate last JG. they make a lot of good events worse for f2p or low spender. great example is the Jam event with the Jam Jars. before: level 25 for the big spectacle crate. possible as f2p if you got lucky. now? its at level 45. unreachable even for low spenders and th other rewards suck. so its best to skip that event aswell now.

now you get this apricorn thing which literally everyone has at level 10 and soon hundreds of uselesss permits in the backpack xD th HQ crate is the same since ever, even i have most of those skins level 5 and tower crates were great.. no clue why people cry about tower crates... statue crate is a straight up downgrade by nearly 50%. tower crate was 1 of 4 towers OR 500 pearls. 500 pearls is a statue crate (300 pearls) and you have 200 left over. so everyone who is "happy" about the statue crate change seems really weird to me. like.. do those people even calculate anything o.o?

yea or dont care about. there are techs that literally dont work and they dont do anything about it. they have PTR, nexus was full of bugs and the devs said: "doesnt matter just do it and do some fancy expensive event with it, so people dont see it"

it doesnt help, that the PTR is useless. i finally got access thanks to a friend and what happend? nothing. you got no stuff to test anything. and you cant write anyone what you want to test for them. you get a few things when something new is released and they didnt close the ptr account till then. and when you want to test stuff? or yea.. no you only get stuff for the new thing. so if its e.g. Tempest arms, enjoy testing. but you dont get anything to go with it. SoS is about combos, yet you cant test anything, because the devs dont understand their own game. that was very clear, when S-Series came around the corner, bashing everything they did the prior month into oblivion. counters? dont exist. now yellow beats red, blue cant beat anything (thanks RV <.<) and they release pay only TA skills.

You can try below troubleshooting steps for PC

Before doing any of these steps, make sure you have bound account to either Facebook, Apple, Google or VK.

Step 1:
If new to using the PC version, make sure the PC meets the minimum system requirements:

Since none of those options were intentionally changed from the then working install, why is it now failing on the same file name that flashes on the screen but too fast to get a file NAME.

What part of me stating that the screen is up for maybe 3 seconds, the file errors and the video camera is not fast enough for the image to resolve into a file name.

It is a yellow framed small install window in the center of the screen, there for maybe 3 seoncds then gone anfd back to original ENTER screen, loop and repeat.

I click the install archive, it installs first screen to the ENTER one, then starts iinstalling a fil, and about 2 or 3 seconds after the file starts, the fils craps out, and resets back to initial ENTER screen.

before the screen image resolves into a viewable image the screen flashes and resets back to Enter window

I have deleted the DIR, I have used the acomnappying UNINSTALL, all seems to complete, ecepts it fails after 3 seconds, after the Aget47 ENTER screen

because you said youve uninstalled the game and deleted the directory which could have caused corrupted files, applications use files with the .dll at the end, alot of other applications use those same .dll files, and by the sounds of things youve caused major corruption somewhere by deleting the directory.

well thats not going to do anything as its detected files already on your PC, first you need to kill the process in task manager, and use the built in windows uninstaller or a 3rd party uninstaller and restart your pc so it clears the directory and any files left behind after the uninstall.

Thats a result of upgrading bastion to lvl 8

Currently you have enough 3d modules to raise bastion to lvl 8 aside from building 4 roads to link the cities. If you already researched the tech at lvl 5 to 10 you should have 200 more influence then if you have bastion at lvl 0.

Unfortunately reinstall is your only chance, but it won't help for long. The game is just so buggy these days.
I need to restart it every 10-100 minutes because CPU load suddenly jumps to max and game updates screen only every 2-20 seconds when I start it on a weaker phone. On a fast iPad pro it slows down to like 1-4 updates per second.
If I wait long enough, the game terminates itself.
It's like this since several weeks, but it got worse with opening of Nesuxx
And devs don't care, so good luck with compensation..

What was the report for? Sometimes if it's a similar bug they condense it but you should still see your ticket number on the condensed one. It could take about a day or so

Last night I lost 4.4 million troops across two hits on my settlement from this disgruntled state player, but that only happened because of the ridiculous game lag that is going on right now. I saw the marches coming. It obvious that other people have had same issue and all I was i should make a report in game so there is a good chance I'm compensated? I made report in game and then came here and this was before event ended. I was not looking for compensation I was looking for the problem to be fixed before event ended I did not want a good chance at compensation

Apologies for the late reply and the inconvenience. I thoroughly looked into it and cannot see this has happened before, so if we do the math, from when you originally sent your screenshot, if we subtract 144 hours and 48 minutes from that time (00:24 utc) the time you would have to have started the buff to have a cooldown of 24 hours and 12 minutes still would have to have been at around 23:30-23:40 utc on the 16th as you've shown in the screenshot you activated it on the 16th, and it would expire today at somewhere around 23:30 - 23:40 utc as well. However since you stated you activated the buff after reset on the 16th at 00:13 utc, 168 hours from then would be obviously passed by now, and the cooldown would be an error. Unfortunately we cannot do anything about the cooldown, but all I can do is suggest you contact customer support for clarification, as the time does not add up. I'm sorry this does not help your state in prep stage, and if there is an error, that you get properly compensated.

This fault has been reported and pushed through to get fixed. Initially it wasn't recording speed ups once that was fixed it did not count the speed up actions , then we also have it where it's not counting any actions toward final reward.

This was fixed for those that had reported it Via the in-game report and here on discord. If your in-game one is still open do keep it open until resolved.

Did you report it as a game error missing rewards?

Please don't use the generic bug report in-game as this is a collection report only , you need to use the AI to find an accurate report for the bug.

Then it will hopefully get to a human in CS.

We do our best to reach out to all discord bug reports players to see how they are getting on with their reports so we know when they have been fixed so we can archive them as fixed.

I just switched my Operative Hitman back to normal mode, and noticed I couldn't level all skills anymore to max level. When I switched back to Operative hero I noticed I lost over 300 hitman fragments!

and the "cannot join while in nexus" is really annoying... but with the tech you can unlock in nexus, this makes it way easier for the devs to not have messups. You could use the marchcap boost in nexus to get a stronger march, but this way they dont need to test if it interfers with hitman event 😅

Did you clear catch before reinstall ? The reinstall process usually removes cached data automatically. Manually clearing the cache before reinstalling can help ensure no corrupted or outdated files are left behind.
