iPad 11" Pro (3rd Generation) - SOS performs flawlessly, goes into lite mode much less, zero lag, extremely playable. On this device you shut down SOS when you're ready, not the other way around.

iPad Mini (5th Generation) - SOS is 80% unplayable on this device. The most you will get is 8-12 minutes or so of game play before the game quits and iOS launches it again in the background. Be sure to force quit that instance before officially restarting the game. The lag is INCREDIBLY bad, if you're in an alliance with a lot of settlement effects, forget.

iPhone 13 - SOS is somewhat more playable far less crashes than a mini, but your shared experience isn't one I can specifically replicate as my device fairs better, except for the lag.

1. What iOS version are you running on your 13?
2. Capacity?
3. WiFi or 5G? Your data coverage shouldn't be impacting game play in the manner you're describing, instead you'd see the dreaded red flashing WiFi icon.
4. Did you purchase your 13 new from the Apple store or a registered reseller?
5. Is the iPhone "certified refurbished" or brand new?

It's not lost on me that I may be wasting your time with 1-5 because EVERYTHING else, and I truly mean EVERYTHING else, works just fine except SOS, which is also my experience across 2/3 devices I own.

Purchased new from T-Mobile. SOS is terrible on WiFi so phone data and updating to IOS 18-2 overnight.

I am not the only one with the glitches in game. I play in light mode always and if the game isn’t totally lagging and glitching out on me it will just crash with no warning. The game has been nearly unplayable for months. I’d quit entirely if i hadn’t spent the monetary equivalent of a decent used car on it in 5 years 😫

My ipad closes game constantly.. 8-12 minutes and laggy as heck. i swear they code it poorly for ios on purpose since that issue with apple store a while back. ipad 9th gen 64Gb fiber optic internet. updated to ios18

There is definitely something happening with the optimization for iOS devices.

I later realized something was up when another R4 mentioned she had zero problems on her PRO, so I later tested it on my PRO (which is supposed to be 2nd monitor while traveling) and for a full week there were no lags, crashes or any of the issues we experience on our other iPads.

I hard quit the game to go back into dual monitor mode with Duet on my own terms, not when FunPlus wanted me to restart the game by force quitting or getting out of lag hell.

Problem is, PROs aren't exactly cheap and most people don't buy them just to play SOS 😓

Basically, the tab and complete tasks portion of the UI is not in sync.

This can sometimes lead to completing tasks not yet scheduled. I just did troop training thinking that's where I was at, only to notice no rewards were received because I apparently missed that slow and am actually on Chief Upgrade.

FYI, it takes going to Power Play multiple times for this to properly refresh and I've even had to force quit the game before.

In-game it will just get autoclosed if I don't use the secret menu and I'm not sure using the secret menu is the best use of my time since that may involve a lot of back and forth.

SOS gives me rss crates when rss crates aren't even in the snow globe (bottom half of tree) but it's in the rewards.
So, it don't show how many rss crates are there either, so that's fraud. According to app store terms of service.
Anything that has a reward, prize, or other form of currency, etc etc., has to show the amount and availability of such.

The feedback i got is just to repair the game. But i think it is ridiculous. Thats always the easiest and quickest answer they have. Rather to look for the fault. This could possibly be that they didn't collect the 800K truck pass until after reset today and got those trucks.
I have seen them too but all small player / farms.

Personally. It seems like this whole limitless experience has been a bust.

1. Introduce limitless, makes everyone who didn't use gen 7-12 frags mad

2. Probably the worst thing for gen skip state players because they can't use saved gold frags to get up to speed really fast 😞

3. Rewards for capsules, potions, syringes, everywhere suck.

4. Not many people spending on syringes

5. Not many cared for hero challenges, but we're either forced to do it, or didn't do it and fell behind some.

6. Low spenders and f2p have pretty much accepted they won't max much if current gen heroes, they'll just wait for new ones to be released and max old ones 🤷

What happened to the planned tickets and the governor's invitation? The merger simply upset a lot of people and the invitations disappeared.

Many players already had the tickets they needed according to the game's calculation.
However, with very little advance notice of the merger of the states, the players were caught off guard by the new calculation, which makes it impossible for them to make the transfer now.
This is unfair. They have to leave the ticket calculation as it was previously planned, at least for this current transfer.

Hi Roronoa Zoro it is possible that state when the players transferred there the status of state changed. There is a possibility that many players transferred there and it became the leading state due to which more transfers have been stopped. Or the requirements he has not met. Or maybe he has joined some event like RR, KOTH or trucks or Trains of Dooms day these can result in issue during transfer

We have to review all the issues to ensure what could be the real reason behind the transfer issue. And we have to clear the issue to get transferred.

according to MKR it does, his advice is to: remove heroes from hero appointment, do not send out trucks or join train and do not assign heroes to any events like POW, SR etc. just thought it could be useful for people to try that are having problems, most know about POW etc but might not think of hero appointment or trains.

No. It's been like this since day 1.
Its a way to force there to be a dominating dictating alliance and to cause frustrated players with said alliance. To then cause troops deaths in hopes of players spending money on bundles to retrain troops or other upgrades to not be easily burned, or to more easily kill.

Not giving players appropriate compensation for certain events because of a bugged event.
Taking our feedback and doing the opposite, or a half massed job at implementing it.
Making it more and more difficult as time goes on to submit bug reports.
Introducing expensive upgrades more frequently over time. (the more time that passes without an expensive upgrade, the more expensive that upgrade will be)
The list goes on and on and on.

Its spending biocaps to complete bounty blast progression level during settlement period.
It takes your biocaps but doesn't give you your bullets and speedups from the levels you paid for.

Having a familiar atmosphere is nice, but seeing where the storage data is going instead of pack zips would be nice. The UI shouldn't change much in design as it currently has been unfortunately but the model assets could use a touch-up as the game progresses through the "story"

The demand for space is absurd at this point. There are features which aren't server end (which should be, even to use something small as an example-- annihilation awaits, the dino's hit registration) and are client end which is causing conflicts in the game.

I have been saying for a long time that the look of the Capitol needs to be changed, improved, that poor Capitol has already been run over to the point of holes

Why in other games, developers constantly change something, improve, here there are only heroes and a resonator

Improve the mines, factories, this should have been done a long time ago

The States are dying out like mammoths, the developers are doing nothing, only adding packages and inventory, for which you have to pay more and more

My friend has 12 gb ram phone and 32gb comp. and a dedicated minimum 1gb download and 500mbps upload speed. (or the monthly is free) and it lags.

Anyone else only getting one state to hit on trucks? I mean every single truck is 1089 (state I just left). There is no other option and seems to be that way for our entire state

There are a couple things we can try.

1. Repairing game.
2. Clearing game cache( should be in app settings in your phone)
3. Try toggling between your state and cross state a few times and then refresh trucks.
   You can reach out to customer service, get a ticket and we can submit a bug report for you but honeslty it may correct it self before then.
   If it's your entire state then I'd suggest doing the bug report so they can upvote it also. Let me know if you need any help whatsoever

Yeah if it was just you I'd say to trouble shoot to see if it fixes it but the entire state, that could be difficult to ask I would definitely suggest you or anyone else in the state reach out to customer service to get a ticket and we can upload it on Discord. Please let me know if you want to do that. I'd be more than happy to do the bug report in dicord on your states behalf( I would just need the ticket number from customer service unfortunately)

I am so over this game. There is nothing but problems. You guys never fix any of the issues with it. Today during RR my game completely locked up and I could not do anything. Ridiculous!

Well. Rr was fun today.
I lost because the game showed me I had
13 seconds on the clock.
With a 12 second march time.
I use 50% speedup.
RR ended.
Where them 4-5 seconds go 🤷

RR was nothing but trouble today. Couldn’t scroll around on the map, then last 15 minutes it locked up and I couldn’t send marches out.
