Is there a bug report on utc/local time? On power play they added a button to switch between them and that is not correct. They don’t count the daylight saving hour. Central Europe now have utc+2, but time only count +1. Error has always been here, for example time on mail show wrong time during summers.

There's no bug. I encountered the same today. It's related to stage 2 of the pass starting today for me, but progress for stage 3 of personal objectives being gathered since yesterday.
You should be able to see your "missing" progress points in stage 1 of the pass. They just timed it even worse than they normally often do as it seems.

Same thing just happened to me. I collected the tickets from the daily tasks. It was sent to my backpack to use. I “opened” them or clicked use to what I thought would activate them and they just disappeared

Looks like is bug on all Anniversary events with tickets that it allows to "use" them in inventory.

I would recommend checking events in hand first before trying to use them from inventory. Just to save you from losing points.

Considering thousands of players across states that had the gen 7-12 change from frags to capsules, with 0 direct communication as to what would happen if fragments were not used.

It was very poorly executed, and thousands confused on what to do.

You could consider pestering CS and see if they’re able to locate him for you but again it would be rather unhelpful since you can’t use any fragments until purple brain anyway.

Hey Sipri, imo it's easy for f2p players to get to 100 points of activity each stage.
As for the scratch cards you can get some from the puzzle event.
A quick tip to finish the puzzle event: after you start pull all pieces to one spot on the puzzle board then use one finger to continuously move all pieces on top of each other then you'll notice some of them are getting attached to others forming large pieces, keep moving them as fast as you can and you'll end up forming the final complete picture

in test states it's different puzzle was in stage 4(done it under 2min) since then no other way to get scratch cards, that lady in fair gave everyting else but scratch cards

in stage 5 block bliss wasn't active so impossible to finish 😦

they got it wrong in test state and fixed in others

they gave a compensation after the stage ended but it was for nothing it didn't help no pearls 😦

I've had this happen twice not. I'm on Steam platform and when I try to play the behemoth trials, it goes to a settlement screen but without any of the options like the select bars at the top and the bottom.

When I went in this last time (just now) I could click on the farm, etc. and collect resources. Yesterday, I had to esc out of the screen because I couldn't click on anything. Reference the behemoth trials issue: I tried on my phone (not at all fun) and I didn't have a problem. It seems to be something that's just on the Steam version or just on my machine. I did put in a ticket.

And I just tried it on Steam, logging into the game and going right to the behemoth trials and it worked fine. Just an idea (and I don't know how to go about telling support about this) but it looks like something from one of the other events is interfering with the behemoth trials. I've been going to the fair a lot and the other games in that section, so at a guess it could have something to do with one of those. I've always done the other recurring tasks (power play, intel, all of those) before doing a behemoth trial and never had a problem. Now that I know I have to go to behemoth trials first, before doing anything in the anniversay section, I should be okay.

Based on what I've played, I think something with and Anniversary is causing a glitch when you do Anniversary and then try to do behemoth trials. Work around is just do trials first and everything is good. With something like this, it will probably resolve itself once the anniversary thing is over and until then I can live with it now that I know how to do the trials.

They dont care that group matching they based on alliance score, but not participants, they dont care that matching inside of one group is taken from the sky... this is done from the beginig

• Delete the game, restart the device, leave it off for 5 minutes, reinstall and let the app fully open before you click anything.

an easy way to submit a ticket about lost items would be a good feature - if you open support and use lost items there should be an option for it

Re-occupy skill that's now automatically added to the inventory, not working 100% correctly.

I noticed this changed about a day ago. And I also tested this a few time. I'm typically missing 20% of my mining. Doesn't matter if I do it super fast, or go slow clicking re-occupy.

The new customer support system is focused on gathering/collecting informations 😅, so you're unlikely to get a direct human response regarding bugs or other similar issues due to the new AI feature. And to be honest Without reporting the problem, it will make it harder to fix 😅. You can submit a report there with evidence or screenshots, and we can then report it here as well....

Reporting doesn't only mean that a player goes and type it in #🐞︱bug-reporting or #📋︱feedback-reporting .
If a player has talked it here, then someone should report it too. Making the process complicated by opening a ticket for a universal bug , which is affecting every single player, is just not necessary.
Make things easier for players ,
The policy of sos and related teams is to make the process harder to the limit that players just say, okay, just leave it, I'm not gonna go through CS and all that unnecessary time wasting pages and template.
CS has now even changed the menu, people didn't do PhDs in sos to how to contact CS to open a perfect ticket.
