no, in fact it wasn't taking long until yesterday before I updated, after that "taking a long time" wouldn't be the correct term to use, in fact the screen simply freezes for about a minute, and only after that does the usual process begin to switch accounts and this on two of my devices, so I don't believe it would be the problem on my cell phone, and I think I saw another person above complaining about the same problem, so if it was working normally and after the update it doesn't work anymore I think which is a bug

Aussie - getting back to you on this. I hope that you figured it out why.
There could be a lot of scenarios.. but the major possibility/cause

-could be that 'you haven't allowed the server to send direct messages' - which is you have to allow it.

So the bot will pop up in your dms

Regarding the pts earned when no marches are showing, they changed the way pts are earned slightly, you can now get a few pts every min or so by occupying your own control center even when it is inaccessible to the challenging alliance

No rallies coming to our tower, but we sending rallies to their towers, their side was getting points for occupying but ours weren't. At the beginning no solo marches were hitting theirs yet they keep increasing in points while we were at 0.

Devs obviously lack coding for events but they care very much to make sure those bundles are priced properly, if off by the slightest they will remove like they did with the small wing in boost atore then now they change them to temp wings for the same price.

Hi to add to my lovely co mod i would suggest you do few settings in game like turn on the lite mode and set your refresh rate to 30 fps turning off new graphics mode will also help you save some data i hope it helps

I’ve given this a go and it seems to be fine. But restarting should fix this if you’re having any issues. If it persists I’d suggest to turn it back on and then off once more.

As I see your account is not much upgraded, which is a good thing, the version you are playing is not SOS international, and you only faced 0.1% of the issue ATM, but as you develop, you will encounter numerous problems, issues and no one will help you, even if someone can, they won't just because you are playing a licensed version issued by FP.
So I suggest to uninstall your current version ASAP and install the State of survival Zombie War version.

Only if they haven't replaced CS menu. I found that accounts older than 3 years are getting different version, where the 'secret' menu option is slightly more complicated to get to

You can get eggs from passing certain bonus levels in Jungle Gems. If you received an egg from the bonus levels you can just go into your alliance chat and click on the + box and send your egg
If you send an egg make sure to watch state chat aswell as there is a chance that it will be posted there aswell

You do not get the bonus level at a set level.
I noticed on my main and my farm that we got bonus levels at different levels, so you might get it a little later

Hello. I've had a similar practice with accident purchase. The only way to do this is to contact Customer Support (please do not use the purchased items yet). They almost always go to a meeting and return the biocapsules/currency of the event (and if you have GM, this will be faster). Can you tell me which section you have applied to? during the Kaiju alliance event, i set a rally on one of the weak points, but the rally bugged and didn't actually go. I tried to set another rally as mine wasn't appearing and i get this screen. After the first round of rallies it then worked... but was too late. This bug cost my alliance the additional rewards as this weak point was missed. Anyone else had this issue or anything i can do?

On very rare occasions I have the same issue with regular trap, my go to solution is to restart the game which works for me.

I would recommend raising it as a bug using the bug reporting bot.

Yes I'm sure - it does appear it opened without opening at UTC 1400 yesterday - after saying that time could not be set and no timer running etc and no-one knowing it was open. That time is Monday LOCAL TIME for me (opens after midnight) so it does seem to be consistent with what I have been saying for months months that somehow it is using a mix of local times and UTC instead of just UTC.

Here is the "solution" from CS. We have had more than 20 acitvity on other days but the button never shows up. But, at least we now know there is an activity level that you need to take over R5 I guess.

Yeah I upvote that other day as thats the first stage f up dev always do in this event and has been bug reported many many time .... I got in early and set timer to avoid that bug that ALWAYS happen but it just cause another bug because they have never fixed it even acknowledged the underlying problem they don't understand TMZ and didn't programme for it.

We had the same thing at 1utc when I checked they were all taken but I checked after the countdown (4utc) and another choice came up for us so I bid and grabbed it. Maybe try to watch for the next countdown? I'm not sure if it's every 4 hours or how that works. This is really unfair for timing for European members to choose first at reset. The early weeks declaring are not a big deal. Win or lose you get 20% of the score. So, week 1 declaration vs week 5 is gonna be just a mere fraction of the potential points. And week 5 is just a mere fraction of the final week fight. So in retrospect, it's actually a good thing you don't have a fight 😜 believe it or not. Thats up to you. But I know strategy and it's done wonders for this event 🙃

There has been accumulated issues like that before what I can recall. Players mentioned having them reinstall can lower it at times.

However please make sure if you’re to guide them with that information to make sure that they’ve got their accounts bound safely before hand.

How do you get a ticket actually looked at? I raised one over 48 hour and the status was changed to closed straight away however the auto response said we will look into it...well it been over 48 hour and they haven't reopened or responded at all... Hey prometheus! As for the customer service ticket I can't really speak to because I have the same thing happen. It's rare that I get an actual response, though it does happen on occassion. I usually have better luck getting a response if I go through the alternate help & support menu by searching %% twice in the search bar.

As for your bug report, there are a team of mods who scrub them to make sure we have all the information necessary. Then they get posted. So it will get posted as soon as someone from that team has a chance to take a look.

Before doing any of these steps, make sure the player has bound their account to either Facebook, Apple, Google or VK.

Step 1:
Force stop the app and reopen it.
Step 2:
Clear cache.
Step 3:
Delete the game, restart the device, leave it off for 5 minutes, reinstall and let the app fully open before you click anything.
Step 4:
Test the game on a different device and see if you experience the same issue.

Try Dane's, if and if you didn't want to redownload again there could be lil updates.. yep that's possible patches in between

To add on troubleshooting. I have lag too, not as bad as i hear some iOS players having, but some and its truly annoying specially during events.
I have noticed that for me it helps for awhile when i shut down my device for moment. As it closes some background apps.

Usually after a couple minutes I need to restart too. Just due to the poor fps optimisations. And if I’m to be honest, I’d suggest reporting to CS about it too, so it add continuous numbers. Hi to add you have to first make a new farm in that state and request cs to transfer your account to that farm they will do some verification and transfer it than you can delete that account if you don’t login for 90 days it will be permanently deleted after you submit your delete application but if it’s extra character it will automatically show login with your main account so i suggest you separate it first and than apply for delete application

So i was matching for Apex when the game crashed and when it reconnected, I was in a match that had already started but I could not move at all so I exited. Of course, it consumed my ticket even though I couldn’t participate. I go to report it and of course, after I select my photos, it tells me that I have 0 photos or videos so I cannot submit since there are no photos. 😑

16 utc koth was so difficult to play especially the first 13 minutes of stage 3. Everything froze. Couldn’t send marches, couldn’t chat, and I just had to sit and watch my team go from first to third. Fix the dang servers or whatever code causes these issues. You can add the equilibra and behemoht functions to the formations to be able to use in azurtane, with the t11 all the formations get messed up and I have no way to fix them once the match has started

I don't think it's a bug, there's no option to do it and the game automatically selects the strongest troops to fill your assault, if you only have t11 infantry it only invades you with those, it does this even outside of azurtane
