Actually you are supposed to hit a meter after you click on spin (I am not sure what exactly is written there), you have a red button then which you need to hit. It worked perfectly fine for me to be honest, on different accounts. Small tip: the lower the bar is, the more effective it gets

I managed to get rewards for lvl 6 fiends in Nexus, but the points are behaving really oddly. It seems gathering is bringing less and less points, and sieging villages used to bring in 8k points a siege and suddenly started bringing in 1k.

I tested the badge bug issue by completing a MIGO task on my mobile (which is updated).

I then went back and checked the badge progress on my Windows client (not updated).

It still appears to be tracking it properly (so far as I can tell).

So most likely it is a display issue, although still one that is a pain.

bugs I can't report because of pending ticket

• clicking the my settlement / wilderness button 2-3 times very fast can't cause the game to freeze

• extreme change in points earning for killing / wounding troops midway during the event. This causes unfair ranking and rewards for players who did not earn their points early in the event.

alliance numbers below are individual examples independent of each other, these events happened to more than 1 alliance

• Alliance 1 captured alliance 2 checkpoint level 1. Alliance 2 players can cross over the checkpoint 1 into level 5 city territory 🤷

• alliance 3 does not own a level 5 city but is allowed to attack other alliances checkpoint 1? 🤷

• DAY 3. alliance 4 captured level 5 city. DAY 4 Alliance 5 captured the level 5 city that alliance 4 owned. DAY 5 Alliance 5 lost checkpoint 1 and the level 5 city that connected to this level 5. Alliance 4 did 70% damage, alliance 6 did 30% damage. Level 5 city durability reduced to 0. The game gave alliance 5 the level 5 city. DAY 6 alliance 5 captures their own checkpoint 1, and jumps across the map and attacks alliance 4 & 6 checkpoint 1 and the connecting checkpoint 2 🤷

• alliance 7 captures level 5 city and alliance 8 (sites not own level 5 city) continues to attack checkpoint 2 occupied it and then jumps across to attack level 7 city. Alliance 7 captures alliance 8 checkpoint 1 and alliance 8 continues to attack level 7 city

Cause the devs delete some ancient files from being installed directly on the new version that are still active so the game takes a very long time before those files actually get re-downloaded again.

Hello Mods, it's been a month and the issue is not resolved.

I am not able to change my Avatar and it says In-review from the past one month.

WHAT I DID:-

1. Repaired Game.
2. Reinstalled it.
3. Tried in the PC version to check if it's a smartphone issue but the same.
4. Raised a ticket with the support and that was closed long back stating it will reach out to you but they never did.

I request you all to provide me with a better solution. Thanks.

Yes unfortunately this is a visual bug for the old graphic mode some members don't appear on the members list , my recommendation is to switch to the new graphic mode until the bug is fixed ,and I also suggest to report it through customer service this is a guide on how to access it

Hello piggy , sorry for not responding to your question, concerning that I suggest going to customer service then click on " appeals" after that " avatar is revoked" and then a form will appear click on it choose the picture you need to change your Avatar to, and write in the description that you want to change it to that picture and they'll change it but ofc that will take some time so please be patient

I was told to make an in game ticket with CS but after 3 attempts

The damage sustained in nexus, is for nexus only, once you return to your alliance, you will notice everything back to normal.
Least this is what I have observed

Force stop the app and reopen it

Clear cache
Step 3:
Delete the game, restart the device, leave it off for 5 minutes, reinstall and let the app fully open before you click anything.
Step 4:
Test the game on a different device and see if you experience the same issue.

No, even if it was showing bios, it was taking advance relocators from backpack. Go to "Help & Support" to self service and check there, what was taken. In my situation, there is no history of bios taken during Nexus, but relocators used

And I think it's much better then spend 4K bios for each relocation

Hey nat , yes it's a visual bug on the old graphic mode as diamond mentioned above, I suggest you to report it through customer service and recommend you to switch to the new graphic mode until they fix it

We have had these bugs lately where without any understandable reason cant build towers in some spots.

To add a suggestion , have you tried placing it after turning off the new graphics? Sometimes this helps.
