If there is a dead alliance in the way or where you want to build, you can burn the bases out. If there are buildings like trap in the way, you can talk to cs. They will often times remove those buildings from the map for you.

I'm out of ideas. Right now there is a user in a state (Level 22), who says that in the Outpost List, they are unable to claim any outposts (0/0). Others in the alliance are claiming outposts, but he seems to not be able to. Is their a certain requirement that gives you the ability to take outposts in the wilderness?

When they try to take one, it just says to try again tomorrow, they've taken the max allowed. Barricade is also level 22.

I have noticed bounties on trucks but I have never figured out what they do

What i have noticed, is that the bounty only really shows in trucks of players that are close to your power, or stronger than you. If you are vastly stronger than a person, you won't see their bounty. I dont know if there is an amount of times you have to have a bounty set on you before it shows.

I do think that after you get burned, the bounty gets reset.

Rewards are the same whether the truck has a bounty or not.
The only difference is people will see the players trucks that have a bounty more than others.

that is the thing I just discovered today

at start of this last stage, I deleted all the dogs, and game game me 3 max level dog, and 3 more high level dog tasks

so I start to think that how likely you get dog task depends if you have full board of dogs or not

or maybe it's just broken random that can gives mostly same type tasks

and would kind of make sense so that you are almost forced to start to delete items you have too many since they clutter the board

or expand the shopping cart to store them
