The flags on every server gives a small indication of what languages you can find on those states but it's mostly from the alliance that is holding the capital.
It is possible that you find all kinds of languages in each state or even each alliance

You can get biocaps from various events and doing your dailies but it is wise to not spend it till you have nothing left as you will need it later on in the game for events like Reservoir raid to speed up your marches or for when your state get's ray's place to get capsules and fragments for your heroes so spend it wisely

Sending trucks towards the end of the day on Sundays leaves the system to attack your trucks. I have done it before because I have forgotten until end of day and that’s what happened. I actually got most of the rewards. More than if a player had attacked the same trucks.

Original gen 1 tanks have their purpose. Many think they're useless trash cause they're old 🤭
But with a lot of the crates you get from events for free. Those crates I'd focus on the tanks that are for mechas. As for parts and stuff, it varies a lot. Style specific tanks are alright, but then you have to constantly monitor heroes and tanks in formation, better enjoy using those presets and not just sending whatever shows up 🤣

Also, regarding the Rejuvenating Spring. I ve been told that the type of the 20% troops it restores depends on the hero it’s been used on. So if it’s equipped on an infantry hero, it restores 20% infantry every 4 turns and an additional 20% infantry every 2 releases.

On an online guide about this skill though, they mentioned that it restores 20% of all troop types regardless of the hero, so it can be used with any hero with the same result.
