the system sends the "match found" mail once initial pairing is made, but matchmaking isn’t fully locked until the official matchmaking period ends.

So yes, even if you get that mail, the power is still being calculated until the timer ends. Players who left to alliance should stay out until the matchmaking period is over to avoid affecting the final matchup.

If a player leaves the alliance after that point, they will still be matched with the original alliance, but they cannot join the event session unless they return.

For the hero completion level we used to be able to upgrade it when we had the hero trails and would get the completion chips for completing it, but now it seems it’s automatically level 20

I am pretty much weak joiner. Thing is that there is just not much to buy in that shop in term of "joiner" upgrades, cant get any formation, behemoth, aircraft stuff etc.

It is hard to say because it depends on your account, what kind of player you are, if you’re a joiner/rally lead. If you are a low spender who does not have a lot of coins I don’t think it would be wise to use them on the reforge essence. It would maybe be a better use of the coins to get other items, or exchange them for pearls that can be used to get useful items for rally joiners
