Unfortunately the states that were skipped are more than states S200-299. But also older states that they were merged 2 years ago with other states..
my state for example in 182, we don't have that many players left since the first week of the state merge that took place 2 years ago. No rally leaders ( no maxed or close to maxed either) also since everyone left with the state transfers.

We don't have any information,other than the information that was announced in #⭐︱game_information message channel. If something will change, it will be announced there.

Bonjour, en effet si tu as deux colonies sur le même compte, tu ne peux pas les utiliser en même temps. Tu devras contacter l'assistance pour demander une séparation des colonies, afin de transférer l’un des deux vers un autre compte. Ils te demanderont des informations comme la date de première inscription, si tu as effectué des paiements sur cette colonie etc..., ainsi que le numéro d’ID du nouveau personnage que tu devras créer pour faire le transfert d'un des deux colonies
