Yeah, at this HQ level you should definitely be able to change your name. Please try with a different name too, a simple one,not too long , maybe the chosen name is not approved.

Also I would try on a different device too, but you should bind your account very soon to at least 1-2 ways. If there is an issue and you need to repair game or you have issues with your phone or PC you will lose your account. Would be a pity for that to happen given your progress.

Funplus is the owner of State of Survival, so the account can be used only in Sos and other games if theirs. My preferred method is Gmail (+ Facebook) because you have so many ways to recuperate your email account via questions, text, authenticator, other email etc

Ah, there is the problem,, I have one on FB with a Hotmail account and one on FB with Gmail account, and the one that will not let me change name is free standing, one I down loaded when FB went belly up for a couple of days,, Is Funplus a US based company? or somewhere else in the world?

Creo que es una buena táctica. Es muy importante en este juego saber cómo gastar tus recursos. Ahora que eres HQ 30 y quieres alcanzar un rango alto, le pediría al gobernador una mejora de Estratega Jefe y mientras la mejora del estado de construcción esté activa, actualizaría mi edificio a plasma si está abierto en tu estado. Tener tropas de plasma es importante en todas las batallas + la capacidad de marcha que brinda la mejora del HQ.

Para pasar de 30 a Plasma1(31), necesitas actualizar 5 veces. Lo mismo ocurre con los edificios de tropas. Are heros in the academy as strong as they would be outside the academy ? For example if i put a lev 30nikola with lev 5 skills in academy and he goes to lev 80 with trainers lev, is he as strong as he would be if he was lev 80 on his own, is there a difference on power ? Or stats ?

Level Sharing is an extremely useful tool provided to us to help level up our Heroes quickly and efficiently. By using the Hero Training Area (HTA), you are only required to upgrade 3 choice Heroes to take the 'Instructor' title. (Pro-tip: It helps to choose heroes that give a gathering boost as these Heroes are available early on and are quicker to max). Keep in mind before adding Heroes, the 'Instructor' role is assigned to your 3 highest ranked Heroes. So if you want 3 specific heroes to be there, make sure they're at the highest level before adding new heroes to the HTA slots.

Once you've chosen your Instructors, you will then be able to assign your remaining Heroes to the remaining available HTA slots. The beauty here is that Hero Rank does not affect the Levels of the Heroes you place in your HTA. For example: Chef is your Maxed lvl 80 instructor, and you place Becca, whose rank is Cadet. Becca will still be level 80 because that is your Instructors current level.

A few things to keep in mind as you go through this process:

The level of Heroes entering the Hero Training Area will be raised to match the lowest of the 3 instructors.
Heroes in the HTAs will not be able to use combat manuals to upgrade; however, Rank and Skills can still be upgraded.
After the Heroes are removed from the HTA, that slot will enter a 24hr cooldown, which can be removed by using biocaps.
Only Heroes who are in the settlement and not exploring or fighting can enter the Hero Training Area.
Upgrade the Hero Precinct to unlock more HTAs.

And I lost more than 5 million of my 6.2 million troops, from 1.45B to 700M bp. A lot of my alliance members got no points protecting and attacking the towers, and again I was attacked inside the safe zone.

I’m so sorry I’m venting out but I think I’m in the right to question why this happened when the rules say it’s not supposed to.

And my losses are permanent.
How on earth would I be compensated for this? The only compensation I got were these and I don’t think this will be enough for me to bounce back.

Czuje się oszukany gdyż kupiłem dziś pakiet związany z gwiezdnym eventem w którym znajdowało sie 30 gwiezdnych monet... za każdym razem używając gwiezdnych monet nie dostałem żadnej nagrody, każde użycie było puste... człowiek wydaje swoje ciężko zarobione pieniądze żeby mieć troche więcej przyjemności z gry a zamiast tego zostaje oszukany, skoro wydaje kase na gre to chcę coś z tego mieć a nie tylko same nerwy, żądam rekompensaty za ten głupi event i proszę by więcej nie naciągać ludzi którzy i tak zostawiają grube pieniądze na waszych kontach. Czekam na odpowiedz i wyjaśnianie mi tej sytuacji, jak juz jest event w którym jest możliwość nie dostania nagród podczas jakiejś proby to niech ta szansa będzie niewielka a nie za każdym razem gdy kupuje kolejne losowanie i trace pieniądze na to żeby było puste.
